Football is coordinated movement to execute a play.
Every play even in college doesn’t always go right and player’s have to improvise. That improvisation happens on fast breaks all the time.
You must have never played basketball. top notch basketball with dominant big man. Here is what you don’t understand about basketball. What makes a great game is who imposes their style on the other team. Look through the history of the NBA. The Celtics of Bird half court vs Magic full court fast break.
Then the bad boys imposing their will on Jordan until MJ flipped the script.
Right now the NBA plays exactly the same way and whoever is hitting their three’s win.
No contrast in styles everyone plays some variation of pick and roll.
This is why there are so many blowouts.
