I just bought this item and the inside filter basket doesn't fit properly into the adapter. I can't screw the adapter onto the return port as the filter sits too high. Any suggestions? Thanks! Love your videos.

What size is your return ? I have a hard sided pool not an Intex and was wondering if it would hook up to the return.
I just bought this last week after seeing your video. It’s moving around the pool fine but it’s not really picking anything up. I had it running for 2 hours and the trap at the bottom is pretty empty. Granted my pool isn’t that dirty but there is still some stuff at the bottom for it to pick up. I even tried guiding it directly over the debris and nothing. Any idea what’s wrong?
Suction side (water flowing to pump). Discharge side (water discharging from pump).

When you said a little bit of suction you really meant it because this vacuum cleaner does not suck much. Not happy.
Hi! I have a little vacuum that hooks to a handle to push it around yourself, how do I hook it up? I bought more pool hose and it won't connect with my pump 😅

We just got this vaccum, my husband is saying I have to get all the air out of the hose by having it all filled with water before I can hook up which can be a real pain. I see you dont do that just let the unit its self fill up is that right?
Because you hook it up to the return port to the pool from the filter, it doesn’t really matter if there’s some air. It’ll push the air out of the line into the pool . If it were hooked up to the out flow from the pool to the filter, it would be important to get the air out. You don’t want air going into the pump/filter, but this does not hook up that way. It goes on the return port 🤗
Do you recommend a wall skimmer, or will it weaken the integrity of the pool wall?
a skimmer works great and doesn't weaken the wall.
What about the bestway pool you were doing . Will this work
You can make it work. The micro screen on the end of the hose where it hooks up to the return port will need to be trimmed down.
When I take mine out, the debris that was picked up, comes back out into the pool. What should I be doing differently?

What does it do with the dirt and sediment that’s on the bottom?
It’s collected in the vacuum. You have to clean it afterwards.

The vacuum doesn’t get silt, but stirs it up for the pool filter to get.
@@dalesbackyardofficial ok I just finished syphon vacuuming mine with the water going out the hose to the lawn.... It's the only way that I found to get the silt and fine dust out

Yes….I have, I also about shit my pants when he cut the hose. It may be the missing link but my pool is 24’ round, so idk why I wouldn’t want to shorten it. I think mine may be having issues with the swivel head on top of the cleaner itself.
