Hello Shivam recently I have been selected in Wipro as a desktop support engineer but I did not get offer letter till now I have given interview on 17Sep and on 19Sep I got selected so why I could get offer letter yet please suggest me what I should do.

Not in this feild they required only skills with good support that's enuff for your growth.

It's depends on process if it is call center they will pay 13k-18k where i was working it's good one there budget for that one was 6-7LPA

Search a basic IT job like desktop support, it support it will a entry level job for you. After CCNA it is difficult to search a network job. If you will have some experience it can be simpler to find a network engineer
job.
