NS Norfolk & Western Heritage idling at CSX Hagerstown yard

Taken on May 14th, marks my 19th Norfolk Souther Heritage unit. Gotten word that NS 8103 was on X370 and was later put on L101 heading to Hagerstown the night before. So I setted off to Hagerstown the next day and after I arrived, I found it, sitting at the CSX Hagerstown yard making this my 19th NS Heritage unit (All I need is the Wabash and Interstate).
