As you can't really communicate to your teammates effectively without voicechat during fight, having some indication for them to plan ahead is good.

I'm still as amused as I am amazed about the amount of nerfs Shiv has gotten to stop Leblanc (and a certain few like her) from abusing it, just for it to become unviable for everybody other _than_ LeBlanc. Just make Luden's better as a clear item and this issue sorts itself out.

Also how does Luden's sort this out? Trying to solve a problem by not addressing the problem is how you make a game unstable. Besides, Luden's is not, and was never meant to be, a clear item.

Honestly ive been keeping track of this cause i will always sit on base for 30, 50 gold and pekin never would! This is one of the few times i've seen him wait for gold on fountain
He had teleport which probably was the reason why he decided to do it and the power spike from hullbreaker is huge.
Its only worth doing it if youre finishing a complete item and your team doesnt need you for the next 15 or so seconds

Leblanc's problem is the same problem as Riven - too much fucking mobility. Look at how short your W CD is at max rank. It's almost URF level. Also, your W's CD starts ON CAST, not ON USE. So if you just use your W and then it expire, you only have 3 seconds, THREE SECONDS, to wait. The fuck is that bullshit?
Energized being based on tiles moved makes it so busted on characters with loads of dashes or teleports
