Also it's mandatory to flash the M7 while you're suppressing them. Without the mastery flash they would never know the insane level of mechanical skill required to execute that play.

Malzahar has such a cool aesthetic. I love pressing R in lane and just STYLING on them. Today in class I roleplayed as him, and when I was in the middle of my monologue about the void, Pekin Woof showed up and punched me in the face! But he taught me from his video to T-pose on top of my desk and he wouldn't be able to do anything! Anyways, I'm typing this from my hospital bed. Don't support this guy!

way to counter malz (other than jump on him) is lots of champs u can just make e spread on you so he doesn't get the mana back from kill nor the bonus dmg from voidlings (can also just oneshot voidllings depending on champ).
Voidlings always get one shot by autos too so u can just auto em as they push the wave to deny
AD TF does funny things to Malz in my experience
@@chad6060 pretty sure there are some champs that have to AA it twice, and if melee, can easily get hit by it proccing comet/aery + scorch

Helm is no longer worth going on ranged characters imo. Flare is just sooo much better. Even more so vs 0 front line like they had this game.

(Believe Demonic Embrace was called Demonic helm or something similar prior so I just always stuck with calling it helm)

Though even if “helm” was nerfed, its still worth getting if you are up against a solid tank. If no tank, then yes, “flare” is the way to go.

Mayhaps pekin or another malz player will see this, i implore you to try Ludens into Void Staff over liandrys, its significantly more damage. For runes just make sure you have ingenious hunter. Every tick of E & R will apply the Ludens cooldown reduction, meaning you proc it upwards of 3 times in a simple E Q combo.

I recently learned that Alistar's ult can clear suppression. The way I found out was not fun or pleasent.
I would take suppressions being reduced by tenacity if it meant as didn’t exist. Maybe make tenacity 50% less effective against suppressions.

As a support player who played a lot of malz mid, it was so easy to time the OG space aids on the minions to farm. Heimer mid is much harder imo.
Fun fact you can kalista ult someone out of suppressions and urgots ult (as the chains bring the person in)

Demonic Embrace got nerfed for tanks and ranged champs. Here's the details:
+20 AP (70 -> 90)
-100 HP (450 -> 350)
-33% ranged damage (1.2% -> 0.8% max hp damage per second, still 2% for melee)
So technically it's better on Lillia and Diana now and worse on every other champ.
Between this, RoA returning, and Chemtank no longer being a mythic, I'm extremely excited to play Singed next season.
