    Safe to say any single issue claim either it be the initial or a Supplemental claim, it’s going to take 6 months or longer.
    Also worth noting any SSDI initial claim will take 13-14 months with only a 35% approval rate so be prepared to be denied.

    Apparently the length of time to process exceeds just complexity and “evidence” My wife submitted a simple MH secondary claim with about 10 pages of evidence, a private DBQ, and completed a MH C&P exam. That was 5.5 MONTHS ago and still no decision. Bottom line is that there is ABSOLUTELY NO way to judge how long it will take. And the VA will keep that unaccountability right where it is.

      @@PTSDLawyers unfortunately, I believe your firm has ZERO chance to expediate VA claims processing or improve their accountability.

    I've been denied for conditions they claim are secondaries with diagnosis from VA doctors. The PACT Act ruined it for the rest of us.
