Anyone without a million spendable cash in addition to other assets is totally screwed in this country now. Own my house outright. HOA jumps every year... sucks out here.
You have to realize Michael is speaking to the vast majority of middle class folks. He hits home with the things he’s talking about. People are feeling this squeeze. Maybe not all the rich folks because that’s what rich means but in the Palm Beach market mostly all the middle and lower class that still live in this market that feel like home isn’t the home we know anymore. I personally don’t have issues because I learned what not to do in 2008 but I can tell you there are so many people feeling this way than not.

Too much doom and gloom. If you live under your means no matter what happens you’ll be just fine. If you live above your means, no matter what happens you’ll be in trouble. Everyone is NOT broke. People who make 500k a year and spend 600k are broke, and they may just find that out sooner rather than later.
Sound advice; however, what happens to people who live within their means (which means living within financial margins) becomes more difficult due to external forces such as hyperinflation, decreased access to capital, and horrible government regulations? Oh yeah, I forgot about the national debt. Our country is at the end of this fiat currency cycle
I can only eat so much tuna fish and bananas living under my means before I get sick. Next time you're going to tell me to pull myself up by the boot straps. I make 80K /year with no debt but a $290/mo car payment. I should be able to afford to eat.
Obviously this man can 3x your money, so I'm out of my league, but a simple observation would say those videos that "tell you what you want to hear", are contrary to what you want to hear if seeking a realtor and told to wait and save as madness plays out. But I can't pay a 100k annual taxes, so 🤷🏽.
