Best Emollients for Eczema Study - what we found

The Best Emollients for Eczema Study was a clinical trial led by researchers at the Centre for Academic Primary Care, University of Bristol. It investigated whether one type of moisturiser (known medically as an emollient), was better than others for the treatment of childhood eczema. The different types of moisturiser used in the study were lotions, creams, gels and ointments. Results of the trial were published in May 2022. This video explains the findings.
