When I typed ren c:\boot\bcd bcd.old it says the system cannot find the file specified

Then when I did rebuilbcd it says Total identified windows installations: 0 :(

@@justmediocrelad I tried to add another hdd with windows on it boot it and then copy and paste the files system on the corrupted disk part

I think I caused my blue screen of death after I accidentally interrupted either the bios update or windows update. Not sure which one caused it. Since i actually interrupted both I think.
I'm not sure if the bios update even started, which is why I backed out of it after I hit start. It didn't do anything.

Try to change your drive letter from C:\ to D:\ or E:\ in the commands and see if windows can find your drive, example D:\boot

I fixed it for me it was on the bios setting
Advanced>sata configurations> change it to AHCD it was raid for me when i changed it the system started normally
