No, you can't heat dash with ff3 after ws23, you have to be already in heat. Unfortunately ff3 doesn't act as a heat engager while the opponent is airborne. All heat engagers lose this property while the opponent is airborne.

His combo damage is good if you don't do the b2 loop that is. For some reason tekken 7 b2 loop combo does so little damage For better damage you need to do ws12 into ws23 or f41 And his neutral game is so good now b33f now combos for +4 and his d4 n 444 all combos on ch
2:06 lee main here. you can heat burst after ws 2,3. plenty of combo routes after. also, in non-wall ending combos, try b+4, d+3 after screw. d+3 dmg does not scale with combo. guaranteeing 16 dmg. lee's combos now easily reach 80dmg.
But it's super unsafe and begging to be launched as it's SUPER slow, both kick and recovery.3,4,3 is safe unless they jab you out of the last 3. 444 just frame feels like one of the useless additions. Ff2 is amazing though. Sadly it's not a mid like kazuya, Jin and half the cast with their long range tracking safe mids.
The only thing that feels weird to me in the gameplay, is that you can bound/screw people at the wall. Gotta get used to that, and honestly I preferred the T7 wall combo system, at least from my first impressions. I also felt that Lee is easier to play, at least his BnB stuff I can get all the time in TK8, wich I could not in T7 and dropped stuff all the time. But his expert stuff like just frames and damaging combos are still the hardest in the game tho

Double tap back right after you heat burst ,it will cancel the hit. Just careful when you do this it leaves you quite vulnerable.
Youre playing t7, he still has average damage, most of the roster deal 80dmg+ without wall.
