The biggest S.H Figuarts release to date, Oozaru Vegeta though not in scale with the 6 inch line, towers over every figure in the series. Standing in at 310mm tall and weighing enough to seriously hurt your feet if dropped, is one impressive piece!
It took me a little more time than usual to review this guy because of the size. My regular setup just wasn't suitable for such a large figure.
A little late to the party but I hope you enjoy the review!

Good review, appreciate the comments. $120 with metal frame will not be possible but yes I agree that the price point can be lower.

I'm always impressed how much the saiyan clothes adapt to massive size change between Ozaru and normal
I wonder if there'll ever be a S.H. Figuarts Great Ape Goku (Oozaru Goku) in the near future?
Also, nice job on given basic details of how the Great Ape (Oozaru) was and came to be, with the heavy influences of Toriyama's love for kaiju such as Godzilla and King Kong.
Or something like Oozaru Gohan.

Another solid review, the SH Figuarts line continues to keep pushing it's boundaries in terms of quality and articulation. It maybe a long shot but it would be nice to see a Baby Vegeta Golden Oozaru on the back of this ✌🏻

Ik its not as big as the original images showed. But I think that would've been too big, perfectly scaled ofc but it probably would've collapsed under its own weight. This figure as is, is pretty much video game scale with the budokai tenkaichi games

I love that you put the history at the beginning, great video bro thank you, i think ill have to pass on him though, just too much money for a big monkey 😅 its different when I can feel like I have connection to the character, no connection to Oozaru lol

For the first time making a giant scaled figure it's very good hopefully after the critism it gets and if it sells well they will make more with better articulation
I really want this but I just hope I can get it sometime early next year before the scalpers ruin everything again

So glad Tamashii Nations is testing the waters with larger figures in their Dragon Ball line! I do hope we get a Great Ape Gohan (which could also double as Great Ape Goku). Could happen! But they’d have to remove or add some items to it to change it up a bit. Tamashii doesn’t do strait up PBandai rereleases. But I could see a premium color version of this as an event exclusive

I love Vegeta and Oozaru but I am passing on this regardless of whether or not it is size accurate to the promo images mainly cuz I would never be able to afford it and I do not have the display space

Tamashi's S.H figuarts dragoball z line quality is going up, while S.H monsterarts godzilaa quality is going down.

If Articulated become the gold standard, that's a great day for collectors
if it were around the $140-$150 area I would've bought it.
Storm and SHF dbz is the best.
The price for 180 is for me totally fine, considering other normal size sh.figure easily over 100 dollars. I do agree, it would be great with some paint job, but perhaps bandai did it on purpose, to let us paint ourselves?
