- KMel Robotics presents a team of flying robots that have taken up new instruments to play some fresh songs. The hexrotors create music in ways never seen before, like playing a custom single string guitar hooked up to an electric guitar amp. Drums are hit using a deconstructed piano action. And there are bells. Lots of bells.

Drone technology has become exceptionally, stable and precise and I'm sure, this is only, a very tiny example of their capabilities.
Pretty awesome! Next challenge - get the hexcopters to play the piano keys directly without extensions.

This is awesome. I give tremendous kudos to the team that put this together; the time it took to practice must have been incredible.
No practice. The robots are doing this on their own, there aren't humans controlling them manually.

RoboTekno Yeah, But if they added an extra recorder to the drones, They would be able to block out the rotor sounds and make everything else louder
bet that drones will be flying everywhere in the skys in the far future out of pure necessity! like putting out fires, resqueing things, and a whole bunch of other stuff,
they are so stable now, imagine what they will be like.
I can only say that it is awesome!

I am very impressed with the positioning and timing of the drowns. But you know that the audio is replaced. For one thing, it must sounds like a bee hive on the set due to all those little fans spinning. Another obvious inconsistency is that all the bells are the same size and therefore must all play the same note. So, kudos for robotics, but unlikes for replacing the real audio.
I for one welcome our new robot overlords :)
