sir suppose a person paid token advance by DD or cheque and the amount got disbursed to seller . now the buyer doing legal check and seems that there are defect in document and not willing to buy. so in this case the token amount can be claimed from seller ? need ur suggestion

Vannakkam sir. This is veni from madurai. One family occupied part of my land from 1996. More than 20 years I gave complaint to the police station. Finally this october surveyor came and confirmed that land fully belongs to me. Nejghbour illegally occupied till now. How to vacate them from my land sir .pls give some guidance for the next step.
