This is so cool! How would you go on to achieve this effect on an animated sequence?
This workflow was originally created so I could apply to animated sequences, but it gave really unsatisfactory results, which did not look that great in my opinion. But I am working on a few techniques to extend this workflow to videos as well. And I will post my findings when I find something.
I've had middling success using this with ebsynth to style transfer the painted effect to multitple frames. Can be decent depending on what u give it
@@TB-cq3tl been experimenting with Ebsynth it looks promising, but and i know this is going to be controversial, i had better results by using AI, I am still experimenting with this AI approach. hopefully I can flesh out a solid pipeline
I’ve been thinking about this alot recently, and I’ve gotten to a point where I am going to experiment with it. By using this technique, you could basically use it to produce the texture you want, and then project it back to the object using projection mapping. I am going to update you if I get it to work
Dude, that intro... CZcams nowadays is a clash among top-tier creators.
thanks for noticing! means alot considering i put some effort into the intro
@@RADIUM235 And you nailed, man. Animation of such quality would easily make its way into a real show series. Keep creating.
great video my buoy! loved the intro! loved the unique editing style too. can't wait to see more from you!
Thanks Dawg! you a big inspiration, means alot coming from you!
When your intro has more work put into then 90% of the content out here on CZcams. Great Video.
I really gotta learn blender now
lul
a video worth watching just for its intro
dope dope dope, intro sequences was mint, video was straight to the point. Looking forward to more content from u thanks mate!!
the beginning of this video is just perfect
Wow, that intro with the screen, how did you make this?
that intro was FUCKING GORGEOUS! Earned yourself a sub dude! crazy editing!
the rain + window shot...IT'S SO GOOD!
Is that intro with the screen made in after effects? What effects did you use to create this?
No, I made it in blender using a screen shader
@@RADIUM235 Ah, that's why it looks so good. Congrats. Do you have a specific tutorial on the screen shader you recommend?
Quality content right there!
OH THE DAWN FM INSPIRED INTRO
ahhaha someone got the refrence
i did knew the software, but this brush pack is good. thank you so much man
Thanks for sharing that program is incredible
This was so good! Cant wait to try it. In your photoshop step I'd like to recommended using masks instead of erasing the layers themselves, its more forgiving when you erase further than you want
thanks! glad you enjoyed the video. thank you for the advice, I am pretty much a noob when it comes to photoshop, should probably take some time out to learn the software.
Niceeee! Keep it up!
You're a GEM mate!
it's a smart idea but i would like to do that on an animation, how can i do ?
The effort you put into this 🥰😍🤗
Sick video, underrated
wow, you earned my subscribe with that intro, really inspiring for me who just started learning blender!
Very cool, man
That intro🔥🔥
cool vid man !
Great video dude, could've been just the intro and I would've subbed, but the tool and effect are very cool. I love to find these hidden niche gems.
great intro! great tips
great visuals :)
dope video b
So cool
May I ask what software did the various post-production effects on the video itself? I think it's very lovely.
fotosketcher comes with a batch processing option which allows you to process multiple frames at once with the same style.
Dude that intro is fire!!!!!!!
Edit: Video
ayo fire intro
So why Blender 3d render instead of just AI-generated pictures?
The intro was inspiring.
This is soooo underrated
amazing intro dude
bro what the fuck this is fire
Such underrated video, you deserve views
Thanks Alot! means alot
you earn a sub brother
Thanks! Much appreciated
my gosh, amazing intro, instant sub. I wonder how you could go about applying this sort of art style for a video. I know you could do every frame but that would look quite unstable. I wonder how it would look if you reprojected your processed image onto your scenes 3D geometry, although you would then loose the fuzzy edges the effect gives and would be quite limited in how you can move your camera.
God bless you
is the thumbnail also made with this workflow?
14k views is criminal
Oh wow what a intro! it remembers me a famous shot, it's inspired from what movie or short?🤯🤯🔥🔥
fastest sub of my life
Tutorial❌ Documentry✅
but wait, do I have to use fotosketcher for every frame?
fotosketcher comes with a batch process option
uh guess i gotta learn to write my own shaders
gud sup
I strongly agree with intro plain photorealism is boring :)
Exactly! glad you enjoyed the video. means alot
The beginning of this video was gorgeously made. Very nice.
So I guess it's not that unusual, to get a little bit annoyed how everybody and their mother are centering around photorealism and nothing else. I mean it's fine, but why would you get into the complex craft of 3D animation, when you would limit yourself to create only what looks like it already exists? From the very first moment I even only had the plan to start with 3D animation, photorealism was never a consideration. We have achieved 99% photorealism years ago, making further increments within this 1% really isn't any fascinating anymore. It simply doesn't matter if you now have the craziest reflections ever with raytracing, when 10 years ago it may not have been mathematically perfect, but subjectively already having looked perfectly realistic. I don't see the appeal.
So those 3 little letters have become almost like a religion to me. NPR. My recent animation on my channel shows, where I want to take this. And even though I'll certainly get better than this, advancing wouldn't even be necessary. Because NPR is about the artstyle, not the absolute perfection of every pixel. And the landscape I am working on for weeks now, I'll be taking this to a whole new NPR level, because for stylisation, it wil be rendered at 320x180 and with very limited colors. Like in the very first 3D games. I couldn't be assed to perfectionize the craft to recreate the rendering style we all are surrounded by all our life.
I could not agree more
Oh, so it is just post processed and not solved in the render. That's a bit disappointing.
i didn't asked for cinema
*sigh* another blender painterly effect tutorial
And that is a bad thing because...?
"blender workflow" ? the only thing you did in blender is the modeling, you better change the title to "Fotosketcher workflow" to not mislead people...
