You took all the zsphere rigging videos that are like 40+ min long and explained it in a simple and quick way. Thank you.
glad you enjoyed it!
Danny Mac 3D only problem I seem to have is when I follow step by step and move a limb the main models gets all distorted. Example if I raise the leg it becomes jagged
Most of video lessons could be done same way. When a tutorial takes long it means 90% content is garbage.
Easy, quick, straight to the point.
I wish every other tutorial were just like this one, and not just for Zbrush.
These 60 second tutorial have been incredibly helpful. Keep up the good work.
dam im impressed how intuitive it was enough to be fitted into a minute
I dont think i've ever learned a tool as quickly in a video as this one lol great job thanks dude
Nice! Straight and direct to the point. It really helps, thanks! and please do make more tutorials.
awesome, you are becoming my go to when im using zbrush, thank you!
PEOPLE LIKE YOU, MAKES A BETTER WORLD
Short and very clear ! Nice job Thanks
Danny...you are the TRUTH
you became a beast in zbrush danny!
Thank you for making this so to the point!
I enjoyed this video so much ❤
Thanks, this is extremely useful! My Zbrush freezes up whenever I try to pose the model via the zspheres. is this due to an excessively high polycount? Thanks again!
Dear Lord, this is brilliant!
William Serra glad you found it useful 😊
these tutorials are so useful :) thx man
glad you think so!
nice stuff danny
Geez...thanx mate. That helped a lot
OH MY GOD WHERE HAS THIS BEEN ALL MY LIFE?!
It's so great,thanks
dude you rock
Great video Danny Mac! Although, it seems, no matter how low the Sub-Division level of certain subtools, we always get this huge delay, then a distorted 'stepping' effect occurs! Super frustrating (as this looks like a great method for posing characters over the usual transpose tools) and also particularly odd!
That's because of the high resolution of your mesh. I went to find out solutions and using proxy pose is the only one I've found yet (not to mention having a super-powerful computer) but I unfortunately don't have access to the option with my version of zbrush... The solution I've found in this case is to simply pose your character before having too many active points, and then finish sculpting with subdiv levels
the 60 second tutu are perfects
you are the best!
Literally, thank you.
Great tutorial! Although I have a problem, when I hit Tpose/ subT I lost all materials. It appears me a grey model
love it! think my brain can only keep up with 120 seconds though!
Can you save this rig or is the rig destroyed after a single use?
Amazing. Thanks
And here I thought that the only way I could pose my meshes was to sculpt them in the pose or use the god awful transpose tools to pose my characters. This is god damned beautiful! Thank you!
No problem! It's a good idea to combine rigging and transpose tools :)
For real the transpose tool just doesnt feel natural with all my false masking and wierd stretching
Retopo in zbrush 60sec go go go! :))
hahaha, I actually only just saw this after today's tutorial! XD
Yeah Retopo :) and texturing in 60sec :D as well
Oh god. Thank you so much.
short and understandably! ;) thanks
Hi, I have too many polygones, so after I bind mesh and I want to move a part, it lags or crash. There is a way to reduce my polygones count when I use transpose master ?
thanks this is very helpful
dopeness!!
Amazing
thank you!
WOW! If I could only animate frame by frame like this using a timeline in ZBrush !
but you can
The zspheres used for rigging count as additional polygons?
Thank you very much for the tutorial! When trying to return to the Tsub, I am getting an error-32
I'm currently using blender for making models and sculpting but zbrush seems to be much more simpler should I use zbrush instead
Thanks!!
but i have a question, when i used TPose - SubT, i lost my zspheres... do i need to make them in other tool to re use or something?
Dunno if you already found it, but if you want to reuse your zsphere rig, you gotta click on StoreTM Rig (right below ZSphere Rig), sp that when you come back to TPoseMesh, it pastes the ZShpere rig that it stored for this model.
Do you know if I can use this program instead of Blender to animate a Avatar in Unity by any chance?
would this process of rigging be ok for a game in Unreal or Unity?
Rigging is missing in 2022. I there a better way to rig? Or it can be installed as a plugin?
But why when i use a ztool i can't do the rig? And the program days use another subtool... How i use a subtool? I duplicated the file and it makes one only zsphere and nothing else
any idea why my zsphere is the size of my character when I press t-pose mesh?
please help! i pressed zsphere rig and then tpose mesh but nothing happened, it didnt even have the zsphere inside of my model :( what am i doing wrong?
How come when I bind my rig to my mesh it lags super crazy when I try to rotate a sphere? I do have a good computer (so this is weird and seems like something wrong with zbrush)...Ill have to re try the zspheres to see if it works
Transpose Master will create a combined proxy mesh of all visible subtools at their LOWEST subdivision. meaning, if your subtools aren't optimized and the lowest subdiv of your subtools consist of very high poly counts (or you don't even have subdiv levels at all), it's going to create a mesh totaling an incredibly high poly count, which may demand more processing power to manipulate
@@brandonogega6842 That makes sense, thank you
Impressive
WOW!!! MORE MORE
does anyone know if you can rig a face in z b rush? liek mouth eyes etc?
my mesh just deforms like in slices , i tried changing rigs and poses of the mesh and nothing :/
Your mesh it to high res, subdivide it
@ No T 300k is way to high still. Take your sculpt to really low. There are tuts how to lower it. The tool is not great at doing this and the sculpt will require tweeking when you think you have got the sculpt you want. I use this technique early in my sculpt if at all these days.
Now THAT'S how you do a fucking guide!
Can we rig the characters in zbrush to enter the characters in animation and gameplay and use them in gameplay and animation as the main character and give them movement ???????????????🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
Thumbs Up :)
Great Series You are doing
thanks man! It's going great! I'm actually thinking about making a blender diary in a similar 60 second format to document what I'm learning as I go. Figured others jumping into Blender could benefit. Does it sound like a good idea to you?
Thats a Great idea..really appreciating actually i am thinking to learn blender as well and i know the basics about Blender and i m in this field from last one year...and i left Maya to move on Zbrush but as you said Learning blender its quite interesting :) Make videos on blender as well :) pls make a Setup tour how you continuously work without getting pain in your back Sorry but that's reality :)
I actually stand much of the time, this is easier on the back :)
Really ? how its possible to do work on standing mode :D Actually you have wacom for Sculpting :D
Thanks for helping my biggest doubt...
woah
Hello, this video is very helpfull but I have a problem, I'm trying to sculpt a creature in zbrush but I have no rig option, and many other tools I you see to have, and I've been searching on the web for answers but have found very little, can you help me?
I have heard that the rig tool only shows when you select a Zphere but it does not, it has never appeard in the tool menu, I'm using the latest version too and I don't know what else to do DX
Hey, sorry to hear you're having trouble, are you sure you selected zsphere rig before hitting TPoseMesh?
Oh thanks for answering, but a couple of days ago I realized my problem, I have Zbrush Core, not Zbrush DX
Guess the answer to my problem lies in money now XD
But again, thank you for the answer and the tutorial of course :)
I try this and it just lags when I try to pose
nice, but how do you reset the disortion? (like at 0:50?)
i think he just control z since it was on a different subtool
Didn’t even know you could do that
I wish they made it possible to use zrig for animating though..
that would be quite awful most of the time i think haha! Zrig is good for posing your character in a easy way and only work for simple pose (or you need to polish again your sculpt because of the deformations)
3d frame by frame animation hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
What about facial expression stuff ?
Mine lags when I move limbs
what is he saying at 50 seconds. something about the weight?
i wish this was actually a rig animatable
I just found out that ZBrush can rigging. :)
It says I need to load from disk??
Great :)
thanks!
i make same but only one zphere apear not a complete skeletton like you .....
OMG thank you so much!!!!
How do I rig a single object?
The problem is that 90% dummie amateur people who is watching this video thinks they could actually rig their models very simple with this technique. When they try, they will have bunch of issues and realise its not good. And the guy who posted this video earned money due to likes and views. Welcome to todays world.
I got just the lowest subdivision level without polypaint(
0:53 How does he unweight the subtools?
What do you mean unweight?
@@s3ntry948 0:53 he unweights the subtools but doesn't say how. Does anyone know how he did that?
Early!
does anyone know what he said in the intro? idk why but my brain just can't understand the first 5 words he's saying
I think he's saying "an often overlooked way to pose your models in zbrush" but your guess is as good as mine 🤷♂️
@@DannyMac3d thank you!! English is not my first language ehe. never thought you would actually answer my comment, I would like to say that your art is really really beautiful : )
Wow Thank you Danny Mac : one comment
Abdelhak Fannichi 😊
Zbrush rigging is so trashy, many models are broken after using it (they are waved)
00:46 error please select tpose model
?
did you ever figure this out?
can you make some videos of stylized female sculpting?
like these? :) czcams.com/play/PLud7kvRn-3hhgsdUQ7NFkzG_cqc02vgyY.html
yes thank you!
60 sec for what
What langauge is this? It kind of sounds like English but most of the time I don't know what he's saying
Me neither
common problem is these tutorials dont teach hotkeys
Me: I'll never learn use Zbrush to animate and sculpt my 2D art, making dresses and rigging is too hard.
Danny Mac: *NOW HOLD ON A SECOND THERE, SON*
...And now i know how they do boob physics, they rig it separately from the chest and probably do some more coding with unity for it. Thats a lot of work for that jiggle.
not helpful at all. but thanks
awesome thank you
