But if a woman keeps on taking cyclic hrt for over 10,15 yrs post menopause, she will continue having periods well into her 60s and 70s? That's also not Natural. After 60s wouldn't continuous be advised
@@PrototypeM let me rephrase what I am saying … having a period after menopause is totally Upto patient. If she want to replicate lifestyle before menopause or not. Question is does she want to continue hrt after 65 or not. If she wants to continue HRT medical indication . would not change with continuous or cyclic but it will be more based convenience of patient. Most of my American patients continue patch and by mouth in cyclic way but my desi patients like continuous . But mostly desi stop after early 60s stating they are not sexually active. Which is another story for another day. Hope that makes sense .
@@drshawanamufti1806 thank you for explaining. Yes totally understood. As a desi, who is on continuous Bioidentical hrt, I would not want to get off of it even after 65,70. For me it's quality of life and not just sexual health or being active sexually. HRT has health benefits far far more than just intercourse benefits.
This protocol is for what age group?
