Thanks for filming the session. Wishing best of luck for them all.
Big up to sweat elite for the wonderful work you are doing
Thank you sweatelite
love the humours from the athletes
Nice with at least one guy who doesn't take himself that seriously.
They’re basically German I’m surprised any of them have a sense of humor. 😂😂
@@benmattson5258 Swiss German guy! Not the same ;)
Great content brother
Good job guys
You should head over to Victoria Hotel as Dublin Track Club and Katie Kirk are training there at the moment. Love the videos.
Best Running Channel ever!
What time do you started workout in the morning?
Diego reminds me a bit of Flula Borg.
❤️
Loved this video to death & I was wondering what is the name of the Swiss distance runner with the Man Bun
Pascal Furtwängler
Sir , dite ????
These videos are so interesting. I feel like the majoirity float between reps. Rarely do they walk. I heard the Kenyans also walk.
Kenyans offensief so the Kenyatta shuffle, really, really slow running. Something like 6:30/k, but They stil keep ‘running’
this is a pre-competitive phase or not thank's
What should be my 300m pace if i am aiming for a 5 minute mile ?
It should be from 48 to 50 seconds
@@wanokmorrisson3513 Thats like 4:20 mile pace, aim for 54-55
Depends how many your doing
Carbon statt Kondition
I can see you guys attacking Daniel komens WR
Just kidding
Kkkkk these guys are mid- distance pro's?
Nothing gainst 'em but c'mon the fastest rep was on 1:52 800m pace
@@robinbauer1975 I was kidding 😂 there's no way on Earth they'll come close to Daniel Komen
This does not seem very fast. I thought I heard the coach say they would run at race pace, but 44,8" is hardly faster than a 2:00" 800. The last interval was 42", that is 1:52" pace. Still not very fast for the Swiss elite athletes. Or did I miss something?
You have to remember we are in winter and athletes are fare from their top form. It is still a very good session for these guys, I assure you ! And moreover they are not all running with spikes which makes the whole still more difficult...
None of them looks drained. Easy workouts also count
You have to cosider that the total volume of this workout is 3600m. As I understood it, the coach meant they're getting closer to race pace for more than 200m the first time in the training block, the got pretty close indeed but didn't quite reach it.
Base buildup workout
@@luispastor8089 one litterly said quote "dying" in terms of his fitnes.
They looked pretty tired if you ask me.
But hey the man bun guy wasn't even wearing running shorts
