    INGREDIENTS:
    1 cup coriander leaves
    1/2 cup mint leaves
    2 small pieces ginger
    4-5 green chillies
    salt
    1/2 tsp black salt
    1/4 tsp black pepper/red chilly powder
    1/2 tsp jeera powder
    2-3 pinches heeng
    2 tsp ready pani puri masala
    Juice of 2-3 lemons
    ice cubes
    boondi
    ✍🏻𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
    For Masala:
    * Cumin seeds(जीरा) - 2 Spoon
    * Coriander Seeds(धनिया बीज) - 1 Tbsp
    * Dry Kashmiri Red Chili(सूखी लाल मिर्च) - 6-7
    For Green Chutney:
    * Lemon(नींबू) - 1
    * Ginger(अदरक) - 2 Inch
    * Garlic(लहसुन) -10
    * Green chili (हरी मिर्च) - 6-7
    * Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ती) - 1 Cup
    * Mint leaves(पुदीना पत्ती) - 1/4 Cup
    * Water(पानी) - Water
    * Garlic(लहसुन) - Some
    * Seedless Tamarind Pulp(इमली का गूदा) - 1/2 Bowl
    * Soaked Jaggery(भीगा हुआ गुड़) - 50 Gram
    * Water(पानी) - As Required
    For Garlic Water:
    * Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
    * Black Salt (काला नमक) - Some
    * Roasted cumin powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर) - Some
    * Dry Mango Powder(आमचूर पाउडर) - Some
    * Chat Masala(चाट मसाला) - Some
    * Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
    * Crushed Dry Masala(सूखा मसाला) - 2 Spoon
    * Onion(प्याज़) - Some
    For Without Garlic Water:
    * Black Pepper Powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
    * Black Salt (काला नमक) - Some
    * Roasted cumin powder (भुना जीरा पाउडर) - Some
    * Dry Mango Powder(आमचूर पाउडर) - Some
    * Chat Masala(चाट मसाला) - Some
    * Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
    * Crushed Dry Masala(सूखा मसाला) - 2 Spoon
    * Asafoetida (हींग) - 1 Tsp
    * Raita bundi (रायता बूंदी)
    For 1st Masala:
    * Boiled Potato(उबले आलू) - 3
    * Boil Black Gram(काले चने) - 1/2 Bowls
    * Onion(प्याज़) - Some
    * Lemon Juice(नींबू का रस) - Some
    * Green chili(हरी मिर्च) - Some
    * Red chili powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
    * Dry Mango Powder(आमचूर पाउडर) - Some
    * Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
    * Meethi Chutney(मीठी चटनी) - Some
    * Coriander leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - For Garnishing
    For 2st Masala:
    * Boiled Potato(उबले आलू) - 3
    * Boil Black Gram(काले चने) - 1/2 Bowls
    * Lemon Juice(नींबू का रस) - Some
    * Green chili(हरी मिर्च) - Some
    * Red chili powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
    * Dry Mango Powder(आमचूर पाउडर) - Some
    * Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste
    * Meethi Chutney(मीठी चटनी) - Some
    * Coriander leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - For Garnishing
    ✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
    For Green Paste: in a mixer jar Lemon, Ginger, Garlic, Green chili, Coriander leaves, Mint leaves, Water grind it well.
    For Garlic Flavor Pani: In a big Bowl, put some Tamarind Pulp, some Water, garlic Flavour Green Paste, Black Pepper Powder, Black Salt, Roasted Cumin Powder, Dry Mango Powder, Chat Masala, Salt, Crushed Dry Masala and some Onion in it. Garlic Flavour Pani will get ready.
    For Without Garlic Flavor: In a big Bowl, put some Tamarind Pulp, some Water, Green Paste, Black Pepper Powder, Black Salt, Roasted Cumin Powder, Dry Mango Powder, Chat Masala, Salt, Crushed Dry Masala Asafoetida and some Boondi in it. Garlic Flavour Pani will get ready.
    For 1st Filling: In a Big Bowl, put Boiled Potato, Boil Black Gram, Onion, Lemon Juice, Green chili, Red chili powder, Dry Mango Powder, Salt, Meethi Chutney, and Coriander leaves Mix them all.
    For 2nd Filling: In a Big Bowl, put Boiled Potato, Boil Black Gram, Lemon Juice, Green chili, Red chili powder, Dry Mango Powder, Salt, Meethi Chutney, and Coriander leaves Mix them all. Pani Puri Filling will get ready.
