Johann Joachim Quantz (1697 - 1773)
Duet for Two Recorders in D Minor Op.2 No.3 was performed on a remote ensemble by Aldo Bova in Spain and hiro watanabe in Japan. The key is transposed to play on recorders from B Minor to D Minor.

I assume Quantz wrote this originally for 2 traverso flutes rather than recorders?
You play on your usual recorders in 415 Hz after Denner, yours by Fred Morgan, Aldo’s by Francesco LiVirghi?

Thank you for watching ! It's sure that this piece was written for two flutes, but I suppose the beauty of the piece could be conveyed with recorders, though the mood might be different :)
The instruments used were as you noticed.
