- A dream does not become reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination, and hard work.
There are countless hours of hard work that go into making the Prairie Dirt Classic the gigantic event that it has become in the last few years. But what sets Fairbury aside from other crown jewel races like this? The town lives and breathes racing. The days leading up to the PDC saw many Fairbury residents take time out of their lives to help give the grounds that extra touch that makes FALS unique. They have so much pride knowing that THEIR town, and THEIR track is widely known as one of the best that's ever been. When it was all said and done in 2014, many left with the thoughts of "Is it possible? Can the magic happen three years in a row?" All of those questions were answered on a beautiful weekend nestled in a small farm town in Central Illinois, when the best in the business came to do battle for $26,000. I think it's now safe to say, the Prairie Dirt Classic has now earned the title of a "Dynasty" - Sport

Let me guess? If it ain't eldora it ain't "real" racin to you!? Fals puts on the best races because it's a tight 1/4 mile bullring that requires the driver and crew to be damned good at what they do. Real racing isn't all about pedal to the metal balls out. Real racing is setup, managing your equipment, not blowing the tires off in the first 5 laps. You can be off just a little at a bullring and still have a shot to win, if you're off just a lil bit at a big track you're out to lunch.
