    Nice info here.
Having a windshield in general is to get a more pleasent ride one will think.
Living here you need it for not getting the cold air in face all time.

Nice to see a long video! Good evaluation! I consider putting a small windshield on my ATV but perhaps I shouldn’t.

Love that windshield, wish I had that one for air flow, I have a solid one. I got doors for mine, spent an hour trying to figure them out, took them back, wrong ones. I made my own.

Happy New Year! Thanks for talking about this windshield. You had my attention. We bought ours when we bought the vehicle, that was pretty pricey. But so worth it. I think it is glass. Not sure. But scratches are something we were worried about. In this climate we need it because we use it to plow. I agree though, either buy the expensive one or don’t. Costs you more in the long run

Man o man, do I agree with you 100%. I drove my buddies can am side by side on a gravel road about 1/2 mile there and and 1/2 back in southern Oklahoma. It was super dry out, but I could NOT believe the amount of dust I was caked with in that total mile. It was insane. It even got all inside my snack bag. LOL!!! It was caked on the cooler and in the lid seems partially. I could feel it in my eyes, and the grit on my teeth. I honestly was shocked at the amount of dust that gets created from the back flow suction of that windshield. I may not even get a windshield when I buy my new UTV very soon just because of that. I'm not afraid to get dirty at all but I don't want to come out of that thing like I was just in a desert windstorm either.

Right and isn’t it suppose to be a outside machine like a atv ? And want some wind in your face ? Or might as well drive a Jeep or truck off road then ? Right ? When I heard they have A/C and heaters I was like what ? Just my opinion though

How cold are we talking? I'm in Canada with 2 feet of snow on the ground hahahaha. Thanks for the vid!

I'm from Wisconsin, I use the windshield in my 700-4 all the time. But I also have doors and a heater in it. I use it to plow snow and run the trails through the woods and dirt and mud. My windshield is similar to yours, but it doesn't fold up out of the way like yours. That being said, I completely understand the dust problem. But I had the same problem with my ATV that was wide open to the dust. It still settled on everything on it or got all over my helmet face shield. That and rain stings at anything over 25 mph. If the drops are huge, then even 15 mph stings.

Rain here is rare and I haven’t rode sxs in it . I have rode on ATV in rain 🌧 and understand what u are saying . As for dust on atv ?? Only if I’m ridding close to someone? And I’m not talking light dust , sxs gets buckets of dust . What I showed in video isn’t good example cuz I washed off some already . But I’m your state and conditions I’d probably keep mine . Thanks for watching

@Arizona Kid Great videos, I have watched your videos sense I got mine. Please don't get me wrong. I have doors on mine that are pretty much enclosing the entire cab and back area. Plus, there is a center divider with a sliding back window. I completely understand the dust issue as we used a jeep once and went trail riding, and it got everywhere. We have that thick dust up here on the trails that turns into mud when you wash them off. Or it rains. I know you're right about plastic scratches, and a glass windshield would be a benefit if you have a wiper blade and motor.
