I second this. Gone through the workbooks once, and read through all my answers once aswell, recently. It really helps to put things in perspective, and learn your own weaknesses. It's not easy doing personal work and realizing everything you did wrong in the relationship, but if you stay strong and go through with it to keep yourself from doing past mistakes again and improve your own self, it's really going to pay off in the long run. I would never have come this far in one year if i didn't do the work. It helps in everyway possible.
Craig is right. My ex showed absolutely no sign for 3 months!! Not one, nothing. He was on dating websites and everything.

So after my ex (dumper) keeps posting sad relationship posts on social media i decided to deactivate all of my social media to not snoop. After 3 weeks of detox and feeling good check up on her just once and she still has same sad relationship posts. Why is that??

He left me for someone else but he doesn't seem to be happy with her right now. He's asking our friend if we still talk but I told a friend to tell him not anymore. He's trying to reach out but I decided to move on from him. I already had my trust broken. It's not a simple break up so even being friends with each other I won't reconsider. Thank you for sharing! My situation was different. My ex completely stopped viewing my stories and liking my pictures the moment things ended. I was still viewing all his stories, to prove that I can still "see him" and be okay and also there's no bad blood between us. Since we ended off in good terms, it hurt to notice he just started treating me like I was a ghost. But what I'm realizing is...even him muting me or just purposely avoiding my posts, doesn't matter. Doesn't mean he moved on. And I deactivated my social media to avoid feeling this way, and I feel so much better! Whatever you're going through guys, there's always a way to make things easier for you..if not you'll be overthinking everything!

1 year since the breakup, shes not on social media, last I checked was 4 months ago. I unfollowed her to give her that space to be alone as she wanted to, and that was 8 months ago. I never heard a word from her. I dont honestly even need to hear from her, my life is already great, I'm talking to other girls and I'm having fun. 1 year...i never thought I'd be in this state of peace, but I am so happy i found this channel and worked my ass off and achieved that growth 💪

The combination of not contacting them, time, space and an adverse event in their life such as a breakup with their rebound probably gets them thinking obsessively about you. The grass was actually greener when they look back over the fence they climbed through.

I agree with this. People can be negative and not all relationships are the same. Some people mess up. People do heal attachment and if they both loved each other why not.
Has anyone wondered, how will the dynamic be when/if you do get back together? Do you think that “awkward” conversation needs to happen? How do you get over the past? Do you just take things really really slow? As the person that was dumped, I wonder how I will react when the person actually shows that they’re interested in trying again. I feel like in theory it sounds great but do people actually contemplate the feelings that will arise when the dumper admits that they want you back.

My ex asks me how I am and I tell her then she ghosts me. She wrote me a letter and I wrote her one back then she says she will respond without me expecting a response and she doesn't. So frustrating

How do you know if they miss you or just bread crumbing you, to keep you around for a second choice? I believe I get the two signs mixed up. Idk if my ex misses me or bread crumbing me. I'm honestly to the point I wish she would just leave me alone and even told her to leave me alone a couple times and the after two weeks she tells me she misses me but still doesn't want to hang out or move forward. After watching the whole video I'm pretty sure I'm being breadcrumbed.
After a year & a half my ex started calling me again. He's with someone else, I've blocked him pm all SM, still talk to some of his cousins but never reach out to him. He'll call from an "unavailable" number to see if I 've changed my #(I assume) then He'll call during the day (so I guess his GF doesn't catch him at it) and I feel zero obligation to answer these calls.

I think being asked about the cat is not confusing at all: it’s a good, huge and very obvious excuse. The cat is usually treated as a child of the couple during the relationship, so it’s only natural to ask, as an excuse, after a breakup.

For mine, it was slow removal. 1st was communication apps then Netflix then CZcams Premium.

I had a weird one this morning. I still have my house hey where she's living. Yesterday morning she finished work and "forgot" her key at work. No idea how she puts it in her bag. I mean she has done it before when we lived together but she rang me to come bring her my key. I mean she could have come and got it herself and my mum would have given her it. Five weeks after the break up an incident happened that was not started by me rather an acquaintance who was upset that I still takes to his ex girlfriend. It was directed at me for revenge. My ex deleted the last our photos on her social media 2.5 months after the split. My take on it is that having them up were hurting her too much

My ex did after 2 months. But still keep some. I am in NC and he blocks me everywhere
She kept 3 pics of me holding my son when he was first born, but everything from when we were dating all the way up to our most recent pics are gone

We broke up 3 months ago, I've been in NC for 4 weeks. He looks at my snapchat stories at least a couple times a week. Snapchat is his least favorite social media but used to be our primary way of talking. He is going out of his way to check it haha. I check his social media too though so I can't blame him 😆

Well there has been a weird account viewing my snap story. Also she wouldn’t let me bring her stuff before I went no contact. She made numerous excuses. There is a lot of stuff still here.

I bought a cat 2 months after the breakup. After about 7 months I was looking to get rid of the cat cause of allergies. My daughter must have said something to her and she was asking if she can take the cat lol . I still have the cat

@@MaRiAm936 well I guess cause we got into a fight and I said some ugly things but then begged for her back for a month. We’ve been up n down for years, had an affair last year and she took me back after that after 3 weeks then things were great for a bout 4 months then around the holidays she just stopped really trying and so I stopped trying then when I decided I was gonna try again she left me. I smoked a lot of weed and stuff and would spend more time doing that then hanging with her and I think she just saw no future but now I’m sober and better then I was before all this and every time we talk about my son or bills or anything I’m kind to her and happy around her and she acts happy but I can see she ain’t from her posture and in her eyes but idk drives me nuts trying g to figure it out 😂
@@MaRiAm936 she also gets ugly tones with me when I tell her thank you and stuff but sometimes she’s nice sometimes she’s not so nice. Like she smiled and complimented my haircut in front of her friend the other day which caught me off guard because she hasn’t complimented me in years about anything unless I ask her for it

I have a lot of stuff to my ex and since last year I am trying to settle those and asking him to send back to my parents house but until now he didn't process yet. So I contacted him again last week and said he haven't process yet. And so odd bcoz he is the one who told me to settle my things after he rejected me and when I accepted but until now he didn't process yet. So odd.
