i’m wondering the same thing. i think it’s a mixture of things and feelings. at the end of the day you and your ex are both going through a breakup, if you do NC. but i think it’s a mixture of needing validation, attention, wanting to hurt you because maybe you did some things to hurt them in the relationship, and they probably mad at you because you aren’t reaching out if i’m being honest. i say if you see it a couple times, take it as it is and ignore them forever lol.
