Good things are earned. Society values female beauty bc it takes hard work. Great msg. Enjoyed the video. Love your smile!!

Remember everyone, skinny is different for every body. There is an appropriate size and amount of fat for your individual body. Also weight is tricky to measure because as you lose weight muscle can build and the composition of the weight shifts from mostly fat to more muscle. Being underweight is not attractive either. So take what annie is saying in a wise understanding way.

You’re gorgeous Annie! However, maybe you are a tiny bit critical on yourself…of course your clothes were kids clothes because guess what…you were just still a kid😅! I totally agree with the statement that keeping up with physical attractiveness is hard work, and more so when you are getting older.

😂😂 of course you’re still beautiful at 30, maybe not 40, but at 30 hardly anyone has any wrinkles or weight gain.

Most people I went to school with have already gained weight. Probably different for my generation because the pandemic was during our mid 20s and apparently people coped by eating.

Not true at all man, I've seen far too many people let themselves go by mid twenties.

@@AnnieMargaritaYang yeah, you lot are obviously a different era. Only 1 or 2 of ladies I’m friends with have put on a bit, actually none of the men. My daughters are early 20s, it hasn’t impacted their friends either except for 1. Maybe this depends on where you are in the world though, although we are in the UK, not exactly known for our high health and fitness levels.

I get it, but by this you're suggesting people should conform to the standards and only work on their appearance in order to feel beautiful. This is so wrong. Just look at celebrities, naturally gorgeous but still feel the pressure to always alter their appereance with surgery, fillers etc. If they genuinely felt beautiful inside, they wouldn't go through these needless procedures. So now everyone looks the same, they erased their personality with so much of these procedures. And that's sad. Because their personality made them beautiful and stand out. When everyone is beautiful, no one is.

Frutarian? Did you read the book "Fit for Life?" It's a good read! But you're right -you really need a full diet as just fruit makes it hard to get all the necessary nutrition. The key is limiting junk food intake and including good portions of fruits/vegetables in the diet besides the meat/chicken/fish portion.
It's the sad human condition that we are too focused on looks and how we appear to others. There would be far less relationship woes if we focused on a persons inner qualities rather than exterior ones, but the world is the opposite.
With the right make up, a woman can go from below average to looking like a starlet. The youtube/tiktok transformation vids are incredible.

Wow thanks for the book recommendation. I’ll read it this weekend. I have always wanted to have good health for the rest of my life, so any material out there on how to do it, without some hidden agenda, I will consume it. My friends are now late 20s, early 30s and they already have cancer, strokes, and diabetes. I think that is way too young. People think it is genetic, but I think it is caused by too much toxins in poor nutrition, highly processed diet and environment. My husband and I managed to get this far with no medication, ever, beyond Tylenol for a cold. Hope it stays that way.
