Regardless of his ranking, he’s def the most fun unit they’ve released in a minute. Dodges and counters? Yessir
You are heavily disregarding the support that ui gives to the rest of the team. One of the reasons you are blowing through these events so quickly is because most of the characters are being buffed by ui, and that needs to be taken into consideration when deciding his placement amongst the best units in the game.
Literal 3 turn bee pan buff + basically 60% sup
100% top tier support units matter so much
take it this way, if a support unit that gives 30% attack(60% if hidden potential) and 30% defense to everyone no matter the category, that can hold their own against almost all the bosses except the newest evoken stage. you gonna be way more respectful to teq ui

I think additional may actually be the play for ui goku, not because of his transformed state, but because it helps him a solid amount in base which is how you normally see him
Datruth his 18ki gives him 60% defense in base
And 109% transformed
I want truth to watch him eat one of those big supers after he attacks so he’ll shut up about his damage reduction and guard only having value against normals. He’s way more capable defensively after all that defense than he’s getting credit for.

The reason why he didn't dodge Gogeta's attacks btw is because his dodge chance is tied to getting it from dodging hits his first turn after transforming, so your supposed to transform throw him infront of the attacks to get him built up then he has 77% chance to crit and dodge, if he doesn't go infront of enough attacks he could have no dodge built up potentially or just a couple. So honestly raw attack will full dodge sounds nice for him
it's already 60% for the first hit from attacking base gogeta, and fully built up after the first counter against gogeta blue, blud just having bad luck

are you able to compare stats for agl ui and int ssbe linked with teq ui, i know they're neck and neck in terms of who is better but i want to see what numbers are put up bc im a glb player
fully built up ssbe outdamages AGL ui by quite a lot, but it balances out overall because ui outdamages a lot in the beginning while ssbe is building. Next to Teq ui with gamma support AGL Ui is at like 35-38mil depending on equips. Ssbe is at like 40-43 depending on equips

Yes
Yep, which is why it is important to not use said active early. Mostly because his first turn as UI he will dodge everything and counter. Meaning he is building up for when he comes back he is fully build up and ready to take on attacks without guaranteed dodging.

30:00 this horrid turn couldve been avoided of truth saved the transormation for ui's next roto. Evo and mui wouldve killed and beast would still kill. Then you would get the 100 percent dodge when going into blue gogeta.

This unit should be the standard for future lrs and turs. Unit already has built in crits, dodge and aa, just giving them raw def or atk equips should be meta. If anything, they could start giving us raw atk&def in a single gold equip.
You don't need dodge when you have built in Dr (50%+) and gaurd

I didn't want to say that beast is bad, but that using a character best defensive option before the last phase isn't the best play, even for the "undisputed number 1 in the game"

It’s because his dodge second turn after transforming is tied solely to his dodge build up his first turn, if you end up with only one attack that turn then you only have 20% dodge next turn for the whole turn
