Mercedes SL R129 instrument cluster repair - odometer and trip meter not working

Hi, I have a MB 300 SE year 1992 with 3200 gas engine, I have some odometer malfunctioning which I believe is due to some broken gears. Do you supply a set of spare gears for the repair of the unit? The clock is also not functioning and I want to repàir it too. Do you have a clock unit for replacement as spare?

However, you should identify which gears are worn first, disassembling the cluster, and then get the correct replacements. I have a 1991 R129 SL300, same instrument cluster. Are all the R129 cluster's for this model the same gears?
