We live in a globalised world, insecurity in Middle East isn’t something that’s “not our problem”….insecurity anywhere is the problem of the whole world. Raising food prices, terrorism, and accidents like the MH17 airline in which Russia -backed separatists shot down in 2014, causing 298 deaths.
One thing they are right tho, the US need not interfere in every conflict. But that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t, yes, it’s “in our interest” to do so, but it’s also in the whole world’s interest.

Actually the attack was in Syria, not Jordan, as the Jordanian government is stating openly. But since the US base in Syria is illigal the US needs to hype that it was in Jordan.

@@castiel1115 I thought it said they were there to intercept weapons and possible troops movements from Iranian poxies on the road near the base. The base is strategically placed there for that reason and that’s exactly why they were being targeted the Iranians who want to move them on.
