in my country women have been using pig fat on hair(dry hair) to make it healthy and shiny. My grandma, mom and me have been using it for years. Just slap it on ur hair and leave it on(i sleep with it sometimes) and wash it out later.

Yep! I did a whole video about this. Lard is very high in Vitamin A and D and that's what helps with the alopecia. It is also good in your diet and on your skin.

I bought some lard to make some pasties yesterday, I haven't bought lard before, because of all the alternatives and also my daughter is a vegetarian. So I'm rubbing the lard into the flour and instinctively rubbed some leftovers on my cheeks where the skin is dry and had psoriasis bumps, I had one that was very hard to get rid of. Today not only has the bump gone my skin feels so soft. So I went on a journey to discover if lard is good for your skin. and ended up here. I will say I am a 54-year-old woman and I am not sure it would suit a person prone to acne.

I use lard as a pre-poo and I do love it! I also use organic castor oil and an apple cider rinse for my scalp.

The marrow from beef bones is good for hair. Melt the marrow in saucepan or oven and strain it. Store in glass jars. Stops a lot of shedding, breakage and thinning. A woman of Arab background showed me this. You might smell like a good steak, but hair not falling out 😂

You can mix rosemary oil into your tallow or lard.

I'll give it a shot. Being on a Carnivore diet, it shouldn't be difficult for me 😏

Hi, I want my son to try the lard. Do you put the lard straight on the scalp? or do you have to cook it or warm it? TY for making a video on this.
