Random Copyright Strike? from Muso TNT

- Hey everyone, I got a random copyright strike from Muso TNT Ltd against my recent 'The Waters of GTA V (and all of its secrets)' video. The copyright strike claims that I used content from the game 'Horizons Forbidden West', despite the video not having anything to do with the game, not a single frame of the video mentioned anything about the game in any way shape or form. If anyone else is having issues with this then please contact me by my email: incontrolstill@gmail.com

Update: After 13 days, the company has pulled the copyright strike from my video, and it's now back up! Let's just hope that this doesn't happen again.

I got that copyright issue it wasn't a music or content I used, it happenned on one of my older vids from 1 year ago, but I deleted it because I was scared to be banned on youtube
Well I have seen a 400k subs and verified CZcams channel, being deleted over copy right claims
@@jexler2802 Dude what rock are you living under? Do you know for a fact small channels get hit with these type of coin but them being smaller means they have a smaller Voice. Look up MusoTNT they’ve been doing this shit on CZcams for almost a decade.

CZcams is really doing the worst for the copyright strikes system they use
I've never seen a copyright strike SO random. Hopefully things will get resolved, good luck ^
when you search up the company on google, it shows in the reviews that this has happened before
There are weirder examples. Music manually detected, and marked as a song that you own, instead of FatRat? Then person that detected it can confirm or deny the appeal of the creator and still make money. FatRat made a video about it, but there's SO MUCH MORE. Random strike for "Saying a name" even tho there was no mention about it what-so-ever. Random strike for "Putting a copyrighted music" even tho video had no music and was just a playthrough of a game with music turned off. Random strike for... Nothing. Yes, there are cases you get Strike because someone just said F you. Manually detect, give no proof, boom, you just striked someone who did nothing wrong.
It's a problem since 2017 and to this very day you can see none of the youtube devs do anything about it. They think they're big enough so they don't have to pay attention to anyone.
This hasn't happened to me or any of my fellow gta content creators that i know and am friends with. I hope that YT steps up and fixes this though, a strike isn't good for anyone.

CZcams, a multibillionare company with blind people working at manual stuff like watching videos and striking it afterwards, i fking love this
These strikes happened to a lot of youtubers and the bad thing about it is that youtube doesn't communicate with them or doesn't tell them what part triggered them. youtube really need to do something about this and stop the lack of communications with their content creators.

Copyright strikes are getting ridiculous
First a random company from india copyrighted somebody's video for using a copyright free song only becouse a guy with like 3 yearly listeners used that song as a sample and now somebody else claimed a video for no reason
That’s horrible. I was lucky enough to watch the video yesterday however this is some garbage and you’re right, it’s completely unfair and unjust! Hopefully you get your video back.

Those events make me feel lucky to not be famous on youtube! I really cannot immagine the amount of stress that every CZcamsr must have just to create a video while making sure that every single letter of his video wouldn't cause a copyright strike.

@@ChapuleTaylor i mean, if you work/use CZcams for making money you must be worried of every possible strike because, if you dare to tell or do something that YT doesn't like you can forget your money, and that's pretty stressful when you are famous, since your fans wait for you to drop a video asap.

What sucks about CZcams is that when a copyright claim is sent to CZcams they automatically strike it. This is probably to keep CZcams/Google out of situations, however still very stupid. I hope this problem gets resolved soon ICA 👍😁

Yeah this happened to one of my best videos ever made from a major music organization (owns a lot of music) that copyright striked a video because it was their sound even though I MADE THE BEAT. Still haven’t gotten it back.
This happened to me some time ago with regards to the GTA IV intro music - not a radio station. Rockstar publicly says that you’re allowed to use it in content (and baring in mind this claim was on GTA IV gameplay)
I appealed it and it was retracted but still

they seem to be copyrighting other creators for years, even typing MUSO TNT and you can see false copyright strikes that they’ve done

I love it when companies just find any reason to claim content that clearly doesn't belong to or even correlate to them because they will get another couple cents out of it :)
And remember kids, if CZcams does literally anything about it at all, the company won't get any repercussions or even have to pay back any of the money they took during the time of the dispute.

I got a copywrite strike on Instagram once for ‘stealing’ videos from a Japanese News Station. It was about 20 clips of GTAV crammed into a 1 minute time lapse of me playing a parkour race. Totally accurate. Ultimately killed my accounts progress.

This just happened to me while others videos with similair content like 50 of them still up and doing fine, This feels like it is a targeted strike to take down smaller channel and youtube support not doing anything to help at all all they were telling me is I am on the wrong siide and I cant do anything about it 😢

There's a special place in hell for copyright abusers. I would say they should be ashamed of themselves , but they have no moral compass, nor any redeeming qualities to begin with.
