Fun looking figure. I wasn't into the character when I played the game years ago. This figure looks amazing though.
Sometimes action figure joints tighten up when you haven't posed them for a while. Maybe his leg will too. If not you could try some. Pledge floor polish on the peg. Or a thin smearing of Super Glue; obviously make sure it's dry afore reattaching it.
