How to Visit The Sphere Las Vegas and Director's Seat Package

- Here is my review of my visit to the Sphere Las Vegas, which is a music and entertainment arena located at 255 Sands Avenue, Las Vegas. Bands like U2 have concert engagement there but I went to see their Sphere Experience which allows you access to their atrium for 60 minutes followed by a 50 minute immersive film. The current film is Postcards from Earth.
I strongly suggest, if it is available, purchasing the Director's Seat Package. When I went, the Sphere had just opened so the promotional price for these tickets were the same as the top end seats. You get:
VIP entry (separate entrance with no lines + you get in 15 minutes before everyone else)
This allows you to access the Atrium before everyone else so we were able to talk to Aurora, the interactive robot + finish our avatar capture before people came in.
Lounge access with complementary drinks and snacks - you can also bring these to your seats
Premium Seats
T Shirt for each person
It really made the experience so much more pleasurable and we didn't have to wait in any lines. We had plenty of time to enjoy the holographic art.

Our director package is 4:30 pm, what time you would recommend to arrive there?
beefcake: read the email they give you but I believe you can get to the VIP entrance by 4 pm. So working backwards, try to arrive at Sphere at 3:30 pm as it will take you awhile to find the VIP entrance and you will want to take some photos outside...once there just stand in the line up and I think they will let you in around 4:15 pm. Just go to the VIP entrance and ask. It is important you get there early so you take full advantage of your early entrance...you don't want to be wasting your time actually finding the VIP entrance. That is why I suggest you get there early.
You have to wait for the previous show to clear so if you get there any earlier than 4 pm, you will just be waiting outside and line up at the entrance may not have been formed yet. But once you get to the VIP entrance, you can just ask to make sure you are in the right place. Cheers!

What are the best seats for someone who is not a fan of heights?
vishal: If you aren't a fan of heights, I would take seats in level 200 but higher up since the stairs/entrance is at the top of the section so if you are at the top of the section, you don't have to walk down too far. Cheers!
