Hey Suzanne I just replied to your other comment. I think if you start really small (focusing on your breath for 30-60 seconds per day) and be really gentle with yourself, you'll be able to make some progress with slowing down and being able to meditate. It's definitely a process and didn't happen for me overnight 😅
