CASA ESCALONADA COM SUBSOLO E PÁTIO COM PISCINA - Ep #4

Fiz um tour na obra para mostrar as ideias de projeto de acordo com o espaço, além de mostrar o que está sendo construído no momento na CASA JACARANDÁ em abril/2023
Com a fundação do subsolo já concluída, iniciaram as paredes deste pavimento que no topo vão ficar 90cm abaixo do piso do térreo. O subsolo vai ser o espaço que vai ficar abaixo da piscina, sendo a maior parte vazia para maquinário mesmo, e numa parte no canto teremos uma escada do pátio para o subsolo para acessar o banheiro da piscina e o depósito. Também temos um acesso externo direto para o subsolo, já que o terreno é em aclive e nos permite acessar tanto o subsolo quanto térreo externamente pois fomos acompanhando a inclinação do terreno no projeto da casa que ficou escalonada.
Lá no térreo já temos as paredes levantadas e começaram as formas das vigas que vão sustentar o segundo pavimento da casa. Mostrei o acesso principal da casa que é nos fundos, através da porta de acesso a sala de estar e a chegada dos veículos na garagem, que também fica nos fundos como já mostrei nos vídeos anteriores.
No pátio dos fundos seguimos a mesma ideia de escalonamento, e teremos 3 níveis de pátio gramado, inclusive com árvores frutíferas. O projeto está maravilhoso!
Internamente temos muitas ideias bacanas... pé direito duplo em parte da sala de estar/jantar, jardim abaixo da escada, muitos vidros e aberturas, uma passarela no 2º pavimento, partes de serviço mais restrita, bom aproveitamento de espaços internos, e claro a vista de todos os ambientes sociais para a área verde.

I took a tour of the site to show the project ideas according to the space, in addition to showing what is currently being built at CASA JACARANDÁ in April/2023
With the foundation of the basement already completed, the walls of this floor began, which at the top will be 90cm below the ground floor. The basement will be the space that will be below the pool, most of which will be empty for machinery, and in a corner part we will have a staircase from the patio to the basement to access the pool bathroom and storage room. We also have direct external access to the basement, as the land is uphill and allows us to access both the basement and the ground floor externally, as we followed the slope of the land in the project of the house, which was staggered.
On the ground floor, we already have the walls raised and the shapes of the beams that will support the second floor of the house have begun. I showed the main access to the house, which is at the back, through the access door to the living room and the arrival of the vehicles in the garage, which is also at the back, as I have shown in previous videos.
In the back patio we follow the same idea of ​​staggering, and we will have 3 levels of grassy patio, including fruit trees. The project is wonderful!
Internally we have a lot of cool ideas... double height in part of the living/dining room, garden below the stairs, lots of glass and openings, a walkway on the 2nd floor, more restricted service parts, good use of internal spaces, and of course the view from all social environments to the green area.
