CASA 480m² COM VISTA PARA ÁREA VERDE (DE TODOS OS AMBIENTES) - Ep #3

Esse é o terceiro episódio do DIÁRIO DE OBRA da Casa Jacarandá.

Fundação toda concluída, e se iniciou a alvenaria do pavimento térreo em abril/2023.
Até aqui foram 15 visitas na obra que iniciou em agosto de 2022. Neste vídeo mostro a situação da casa nas visitas 14 e 15.
A solução que optamos para trabalhar a inclinação do terreno foi a de escalonar a casa, mantendo o subsolo mais a frente tendo um pátio com piscina bem acima dele, e a casa deslocada para trás no terreno e consequentemente em um nível mais alto.
E para atender aos pedidos dos clientes que queriam a garagem nos fundos e no mesmo nível do pavimento térreo da casa, temos uma rampa de veículos que praticamente abraça a casa e leva-os até lá em cima.

This is the third episode of Casa Jacarandá's WORK DIARY.
Foundation completely concluded, and the masonry work on the ground floor began in April/2023.
So far, there have been 15 visits to the work that started in August 2022. In this video I show the situation of the house in visits 14 and 15.
The solution we chose to work with the slope of the land was to stagger the house, keeping the basement at the front with a patio with a swimming pool right above it, and the house moved backwards on the land and consequently at a higher level.
And to meet the requests of customers who wanted the garage at the back and on the same level as the ground floor of the house, we have a vehicle ramp that practically hugs the house and takes them up there.
