Great informational video. When I bought my 2014 procharged Roush RS, it had a misfire under hard acceleration. While the actual procharger was installed correctly, the previous owner did not change out the spark plugs. Stock plugs, gapped at .042. Changed those out for the correct plugs, gapped to .028, and problem solved.
Bingo! We always say .026-.028 for boost!

Yes this was 93 pump gas. We always suggest E85 on boosted cars and these V6s can take 14 psi with ease

Hopefully with under 40k miles it has a lot of life left. Although it’s pretty rough for a 13/14. Good thing the new owner brought it to you. My 14 3.7 is ingot silver but that grabber blue with black wheels looks great

nope.
Very surprised how different this sounded from my 2011 3.7. I’ve got BBK long tubes and catted X pipe along with a roush axle back and roush CAI. Most 3.7’s I’ve heard sound fairly similar to each other with a few variations. I wonder if it’s the pro charger? I think this is the first quality video I’ve seen with a procharged 3.7. If that’s the case I might not get one anymore 😂
roush axle back is very loud and our shop is all metal so it makes it sounds bad

They just see a cool Mustang that is supercharged and they probably did 0 to it and out it on the lot for a quick sale. Reminds me of my 17’ Focus I bought during covid. It was only 25k miles and loaded and had a bunch of mods but the headlights were missing the top bolts. The intercooler was zip tied, the splash guard under the front was missing. Back brakes were shot and this was right at the front of the lot. I noticed a lot of things after I bought it. I fixed them but yea buyer beware. It will be a cool ride when you guys are done with it.

That's a 50-ft car looks great at 50 ft. I know on my 2011 I had a hell trying to get that front bumper aligned right after I put my intercooler on but I hate body stuff and suck at it

Uh-Oh i just learned something at 16:00. Don’t run the stock sparkalators!?! I pulled mine out last spring. They wer stock at 50k sooty and a little wet. It’s the 3.7 w/rousch CAI. Should i be running a different spark plug???
Oem is fine for NA. Just keep them fresh.

1000% we have done more boosting of 150K+ cyclones than anything else!
Damn that car was pretty fucked up...But you guys are excellent. Imagine a smaller pulley with 7 or 8 psi. 500 wheel?
Not quite. These prochargers seem to need about 13-15 psi to make 500 rwhp on E85.
@@automafiaracing that's weird math. If 5 psi goes over 400, then even 10 psi should give 500...
It really depends on the tune. We had this one killing it on 5 psi. Most take 7 or 8 to break 400 rwhp

Yes we moved and bought a bigger facility to manufacture kits in. We are stocking up and should have 150 kits ready to ship end of July early august
