"Delivered", which is a verb, which in this context means to present something to someone
"That", which refers to the "fix" to the couple of skips mentioned before
"And then some", which clarifies the fix wasn't the only thing being delivered.

I've been watching a lot of Ant's SMO speedruns so I decided to try one. I've done a speedrun for Super Mario 3D Land on accident, I just wanted to play it but I beat it in under 4 hours. I didn’t know what this was but the fact that it said “Superstar mode” made me think that this would be insanely hard
Having watched each stream of SMO Superstar on Twitch, coming back to watch the edited video on CZcams has an interesting feeling to it. It seems as if I get to watch all the best parts in a fraction of the time, at the expense of not having Twitch chat to hang out with and experience all of the rewarding moments with, such as finally snagging a really difficult moon. Quite the unique tradeoff, but one I’m willing to make to be able to rewatch all the best parts after taking part in all the streams. What wonderful things I think of at 2am
