From the outside, you would never guess there was 3150 square feet of livable space inside. That finished basement makes a world of difference.
Basements are a big game changer, and they are very reasonable per Sq Ft thanks for mentioning it

I loved this home. The upstairs looked so cozy and intimate. You can tell that they really put a lot of love into their home. The basement was so cool, a true entertainment space. Absolutely loved it. Canât wait to build my future log cabin â€ïž

Id love to figure out a way to combine ideas from this and ideas from 1969 AL and a couple custom ideas .. Im a ways away from bein able to do this yet... but what better time to start thinking about it then the present. This is awesome.

Can you tell me the pitch on that great room? Were parallel cord trusses used? Looks great!
JudeK I looked up the homeowners floor plans and they are parallel cord and they are 8/12, but if you would like them less steep or steeper we can do that, keep in mind we could also put cathedrals in the wings of the home also. Thanks for subscribing

I would love it if you show a smaller home, under 2000 sq feet. I have 2 little girls but I am conscious that they will grow up and move away so I prefer a smaller home.
This home is around that square footage if you eliminate the finishes in the lower level basement.

Hopefully the trim is not complete , need to fill in the nail holes then finish.High end house needs to be just that. Sanding marks on wood also a no-no. Overall appearance is fine, and diverts attention from the "minor" flaws. Final punch list is not done

What would it cost to get something like Built for somebody, how much I am very curious. I am looking to purchase land up in New Hampshire and I need 4 homes. Itâs a bedroom with an en suite. Full bathroom attached. It is commonly called a master suite.

Itâs not about politics. Zach called it a master suite in the video too. He is also used to saying primary suite because our homes often have multiple suites. Primary suite would signify the most grand of all the suites.
