Underrated comment 🤣🤣🤣☠️
😂😂😂😂😂
Cat race begins
💀💀💀💀
I just said this 😂😂
The one thing that I avoid with all my life is working for start-ups. Their budget is pretty tight and they are very picky with candidates. Start-ups without real promise are there just to waste your time with their lengthy processes and even if you successfully overcome all the steps, your chances of getting rejected is still way too high without any satisfactory explanation....
Gotta go to meetups/networking events if you want to work with startups.
i agree w you-start ups fail way to much for the kinda presssure they put on applicants lol
yea im working for a start-up that i got recruited for and tbh its brutal. only been here 2 years and most of the employees have been replaced/let go (im one of 5/40 thats still here). i do think you learn at a faster pace on a startup/small team but thats out of necessity, if you dont grow fast enough theyre quick to replace you..
Been working for a nonprofit for five months and now I want out 😂. Their length of success is too rocky for me.
@@CamPerry Crazy seeing you here ! It's Subi
This is truly one of the most informative and helpful videos. You truly want your people to succeed. Thanks for the gems! 🙏🏽
Mannnnn you just gave that super sauce on the clearance jobs because I was trying to figure what key words I needed to obtain a security clearance
Definitely the best workshop and information anyone has given. My IT journey has been uphill since I have been actively following and watching CZcams 💎💎💎
This is only applicabe to US citizens, anybody who gets here accidently like me!!
This is dope! I can confirm. Dice is legit. I got my dirst role from there

First video I've seen where all the job boards are new to me. Thanks!
thank you. seriously.
probably some of the most helpful advice I've gotten in years
You are so welcome! I wish you the best on your job search ✊🏽
Whoa!!!..you are dropping GEMS....thanks for ALL THAT
I love the whole dropping the request number to the recruiter!🔥
Thank you God for putting this in my CZcams algorithm!
You deserve an award for this video! THANKS FOR THIS!!!
Great job overviewing a great collection of great job boards!
The Skyrim music is crazy 😂, thanks for the suggestions
What? Ahah
This is straight click bait. She appeals to your problems and goes in on how to solve them. Classic! I'm sorry but someone has to say this. I'm a season IT Vet and a IT Director with over 25 years in this game. I have certifications dating back to the Novell days. And the one thing she fails to mention is most people don't qualify for the hire paying jobs because of skillset mismatch. Before you reach ANY manager look at those job requirements and be honest with yourself. For the most part, the job requirements will have everything listed like a wish list however in reality that is only 1/2 of what they want. Make no mistake about it, the new hire is being brought in for a specific role that could later possibly expand but you need to understand what they require today. Now I will agree with her on the point of reaching out directly so you can standout however don't do that unless you are certain you can do at least 75 percent of what they are asking because you could potentially prevent any chances of working there in the future. P.S. I hope she reaches her subscriber goal because we have so few Black females in high paying tech jobs. My only suggestion is to keep it 100 with your Subs.
You explicitly explained everything sir/maam and I would say this is one of the best recommendations for everyone in tech. First thing is check your skills, I am fresh IT guy with sec + and cysa certifications, sometimes we think it’s all about this certs forgetting the most important “skill sets”. Right now I know everybody just puts together anything in an application stating they’ve this skill sets. I’ve done interviews with lots of companies but most of it ends with nothing. One day, I asked the lady conducting the interview and she said, “sir, you’ve all the skill sets, you talk so well and responded 100 percent to everything, but there’s one thing, we can’t see the practicality of your skills”. Most people don’t get, you want a job that requires practical knowledge of what going on, we have labs, we have lots or practices to do. As a cybersecurity professional, I am working on building a cybersecurity lab right now to see how far my skills sets are. Okay I know they’ll ask me, how do you show your skills to them? Well we’ve github, CZcams it self and many others. It is very important to document portfolio’s. We are dealing with sensitive data and information or how ever networks here. If I was a hiring consultant myself, I’d definitely go for the best and not just anything.
The thing is a lot of people will get this update.. and that may make this new update competitive 😊
Just did her free live training. It was pretty informative!
You always share information that scholars are struggling to get. Gratitude for your excellent work. 🙏🏾🙏🏾❤️
Woah…. You’re the most helpful I’ve seen for remote work as a us resident. God bless! ❤😊
Thanks for watching
The secret is out 😭
😂😂
😂😂😂
So sorry 😅
Keep in mind that to join clearancejobs you need all three of the following:
- A valid and current clearance
- Having held a position in the previous two years in which you used such clearance
- Be a US citizen
So even if you are a US citizen, you won't be able to just join and get a company to hire you and sponsor your clearance.
Thank you!!! Very grateful for all resources you’ve provided us!!!
I appreciate this! Thank you so much for sharing this knowledge 🙏🏾❤✨
Asp net core and banking, insurance, health, government industries, pick the most boring jobs that nobody wants and underpaying
You made no communication, bcos the sentence is flawed!
The information on here has helped me. Because I’ve been applying since the beginning of the year and I was anxious but I feel more hopeful that there is a yes for me out there!
This workshop has been amazing! I’m so excited to get started.
I love all your tips! Thank you so much!
New Subscriber. You are a godsend. I am guiding my 20 yr old to get into the InfoSec CyberSecurity market. I appreciate your detailed gems !
Oh another thing that might work. Apply to be a janitor or work on the mailroom at a company and be chatty.
I wish I could say where I work but this is exactly how my coworker ended up in cyber.
Startups arent that bad as many people say... They are useful specific people. Of course, if you have your expectations right... You wont work on one forever, but just get the best out of it and move on into something better when hou have a chance.
Thanks a lot for your video, it helped me a lot.
Thank you for always sharing the wisdom. Your truly a blessing 🙏🏾
Don't know how I feel right now ....thank you so much....we all appreciate you
Incredible video!.. Thank you so much!

I am so grateful for you sis, I just started applying last week. I'll be putting your strategy in ASAP!! Thank you love!! ❤️🤗🤗
You're welcome good luck!
Thank you Beez! This is awesome information.
Currently study database management, SQL but will be studying for Security + soon, would you do a video on study tips and your study technique?
I actually just passed today with a 780. I used Jason Dion’s practice tests on udemy, professor messor videos and practice tests, certmaster, a few sec+ apps (i ended up like IT& Security), and a few security+ books (Darril Gibson breaks it down on a digestible form. )
I would take the tests, watch videos for the questions I missed and read the book. Then do practice questions in that domain section.
My test results for Dion and messer were btw 68-75. So def ignore that because their questions were waaaaaay harder than sec+.
I literally had several questions that resembled “Phising emails sent to the ceo are considered what?”
Then it would be 3 dumbass options and 1 right one. 😂
Thank you for this information. I was stuck feeling like o need to get an additional certification and diversify after having got my software development certificate October 2023. It has been very difficult for me to pivot to tech from the fashion industry. But I am excited to make the switch. So I’ll be applying these methods asap!
Best way to get a job in IT is to specialize especially in areas that have a smaller talent pool.
Thank you so much for this!
Great video, thanks!
thank you so much for the tips because i needed a job ASAP
You got this!
I've never had a recruiter respond to my connections or messages. Just endless ghosting and rejections.
Thanks for sharing. Instantly subscribed!
Thank you so much for the advice
DICE is crap. They post false information. I applied for several jobs that said they were local to me with hybrid or even remote roles. I got a call from them and they said the role was in a completely different state and on-site only. Pay was 20% or more less than advertised. They wanted me to relocate my family for a $50k/year job. No thanks.
Thank you so much, this is really really great info
I know bro has never applied to a job on dice, otherwise he wouldn’t have recommended it
Thank you for the information in this video.
Thanks for the content. You also look like a Kenyan Artist called Nazizi.
Thanks for the info!
Just watched your GovTech video! Commenting here as well and followed and subscribed and made a video! Hoping I win takeaway
Great video! Hoping you hit 100k Subscribers in 2 months 🎉❤
Thank you for creating a fabulous wise video❤

On a serious note, thank you very much for the video
In a months time, everyone will be applying this strategy cos so many ppl are currently desperate for jobs, you'll probably need a new strategy
This strategy his always worked. Tailoring your resume has always been the way.
@Symone, simply aweome. A big thank you for this information.
wonderful vid!
Thank you little sister ....very informative.
Thank you! 💯
Thank you so very much. I'd like to work at a start-up as a software engineer. I've used dice. Thank you
Thank you for the information
Thanks for watching sub for more
Thanks so much. Gonna get started on this today!
Pure 🔥🔥🔥. Subscribed.
Thanks for the sub!
Clickbait and misinformation. The jobs listed on the boards mentioned are also listed on LinkedIn. How exactly is that low competition?
Thanks so much for this great info. ..just joined your channel because this information will possibly help my 2 sons. One recently graduated with a degree in Cybersecurity and the other is completing a degree in IT Network Administration. Neither have any hands on experience, however. So, they've been getting turned down even for entry levels jobs. Should they also work towards certifications like Security+, CompTia A+, CompTia Tech+, etc., or do you know of entry level jobs that will allow them to work 6months first (gain hands on) prior to becoming certified? Any suggestions would be appreciative.
They should ABSOLUTELY be studying for the Security+, it's a compliance requirement for most cybersecurity/networking jobs nowadays, especially for the defense contractors
I’m doing my training now in Tech
Apart of the community
I have a substack where I will share links to official sites instead of LinkedIn or Indeed etc. your odds are better when you do it on official sites because they have a higher chance of seeing your resume.
I’m also talking to devs and asking them questions about what projects they recommend building to get a better chance of being hired.
Me and the other almost 40k people that watched this are about to be paiiiiiiiiiiiiiiidddddddddd!!! :---)
Indeeddd😎
Thx Symone
Can you be a GovTech employee but also have a government contracting business/be a government contractor? Or is it like a conflict of interest? Thanks.
Thank you so much..very informative 😊
Been in my tech job in state gov (california) for 5 years, making 79k (5% and about 2.5% increases a year until cap is hit). Garbage pay but gonna get a pension assuming it still exists in 30 years.
Is your job remote?
@saltybaelv yes and no. I have to be within 2h of the office and only go in 4x a year. Other than that, I wfh. The head of my agency isn't under Newsom, Newsom made everyone go in 2x a week.
Very informative. Thank you
I thought the webinar was very informative thank you 🙏🏽
Thank you for sharing
Thanks for watching!
Helpful ideas even though I'm not in tech
Thanks definitely can be applied to any field
thank you!
So informative
Bravo 👏
This is 💯
Doesn't "low competition" mean "low demand" as well, does it?
What about jobs that other nationals living outside of Us
Advice for someone with a PHd. (From Canada) in computer science and 25 years experience as a prof. living in Africa please. How to get a remote job ?
