- Today we install door bushings in my Mazda MX-5 Miata and test them to see if they really make a difference! We test sound and chassis stiffness before and after installing delrin door bushings. This video contains 3D audio to help give you the best sense of what these bushings do, so use headphones or a good audio system to get the most of it!

These little plastic pieces were one of the biggest improvements on my MX-5, literally stopped all door related rattling. Now if only it would start reliably (sometimes it does not inject fuel at start).
First thing i noticed in the video was that u lock your doors!!! I'm always to worried a jerk theif will cut the top to get in car to steal my 95 cents in the cup holder and cost me a thousand bucks to replace. Love your videos keep em coming
Exactly what I needed, thanks a lot! :)
Sounded much better in sound!
Getting some on order. Great review and I think sounded like it made a big difference to your car. I was like , " that's not the same road"😂
They made a huge difference in my 2004 MSM.
Hell yeah ab to buy some
I made the same change on my NA Miata and the difference is amazing. On another note... who locks the doors on a convertible? They're going to slash your $1500 top to steal your $300 stereo.
On my ND2 they made a huge difference! I always had to slam the doors to close them! So input back the original ones, set their positions properly and i 3d printed solid TPU insters for the holes on it. Now the holes for the scres are covered. The door closing sound improved a bit. I think these insters are better dor the ND than the aftermarket solid bushings.
Just order one cuz of u
My door is hard to close. You think is Bushings or actual metal clasp thingy
Notice any fitment issues on the driver side? For my nb1, the driver side door needs quite a lot of force to close as opposed to the passenger. I am only running the passenger delrin, The driver side is stock. Forums have said similar things. Thanks for the vid!
I got some put in my 97..I wish I could tell you what I thought but I my engine is screwed so I won't know until that is fixed.
Does this help with road noise in the cabin?
why is the door bushing link sending me to a wart remover????????
