my question is, when your watching CZcams videos on a headset like this one, you have to push play, then hit the VR button to split the screen, then put it in the headset, then put the headset on, resulting in missing the first half of the video. is there something I'm missing. it seems that with Google Cardboard it has a button that allows you to play videos while your phone is in the headset. is there a way of doing this on other devices or am I just supposed to miss the first 30 seconds everytime?
Hello, Great question. Yes that's correct.. A pain i know.. You can also connect a bluetooth controller however iv'e not tested it with android.. although i do know a controller doesn't work with IOS..

Hey Daniel, I have an iPhone 6. Please can you tell me how to control apps using VR Box within Google Cardboard for example? Obviously there is no magnet and iOS stopped supporting Bluetooth controllers since 9.3. Any suggestions would be helpful.
Hello, i have not really found a solution for this on iOS, it only really works as a headset viewer which means it's functionality is very limited. If i do find a solution in the near future i'll let you know. Oh & thanks for helping out others in the comments. Much Appreciated - DD
I'm curious to what the FOV of this headgear is? and which is better in terms of FOV the Vrbox1 or vrbox2 ? i recently purchased vr shinecon headgear which felt like I'm looking out from a tiny window with no immersion feeling whatsoever.
If you looking for something that is fully immersive then all smartphone VR headsets are not for you..

I bought the same vr box you have in this video but I have one concern. I use a Lenovo A5000. Some of the apps requires "gyroscope" to be installed and when i try to open some of the uploaded apps from my phone, it doesn't work since it's requesting to have gyroscope installed. I don't know where to get that or is it part of the phone specifications? Hope you could help me. I can't maximize the use of my VR headset. Thanks
Hello, as the Lenovo A5000 does't have a Gyroscope you won't be able to use the VR headset to it's full potential. In this case you'd have to upgrade to a smartphone which has one built in as it's hardware not a software issue. There are some cheap smartphones out there with a Gyroscope built in just give it a Google! Hope that helps.

Just move your head so the hand is over the lever and it should automatically pull it down for you

It will only work with phones with a gyro. Although you can still use the headset a viewer. To watch movies for example

please I have a question. does it really have a division in the middle? you can actually see it inside while using the vr box? if so, I don't think you can a virtual reality experience if it does have a line or division in the middle. so it will create two screens. im looking forward for your reply. I've googling and for 2.0 there's a bluetooth remote control thing.
But, there are 2 different colours. I saw a lot the white one in any website or youtube but for the black one, I can't find any except in olx.co.id and it cost around $30.

Nice video! With the most games you have to click on something. How can you do that? On the google cardboard there is a little button on the headset itself.
Great question. You can buy a controller that connects via bluetooth or just remember to set up the game before putting it inside the headset. Let us know a game you are looking at playing and we can test it out and let you know!
+TechTekk Thanks! I don't have a vr box yet, but I'm gonna buy one soon. I don't want a normal Google cardboard because you have to hold it while you're playing. I downloaded the Google cardboard app for testing and I saw games where you need a button to play like crossy road vr. On eBay I saw a vr box and you get a remote with it if you buy. Does that remote work for IPhone, and instead of that button on the Google cardboard? (I'm sorry for my bad English)
Hello! It doesn't look like the controller works very well on iOS, so the VR box will only work with hands free apps.. Im guessing it's more designed for android.. We have recently reviewed a VR Phone case for the iPhone 6.. That may be better suited for you - czcams.com/video/1Fs7e5Mde9w/video.html
Bluetooth controllers do NOT work properly with iPhone. Only the volume buttons and exit buttons work. The critical 'Select' or 'Enter' button function was disabled in iOS 9.3 for some insane reason.

tried to play that game VR Rollercoaster but you have to make an account for Fibrum, and It asks for the model of the VR glasses but I don't know it so now I cant finish my account

+Camera Phill Unfortunately not it would need to be split 50/50 but as a suggestion you could remove the magnifying glass from inside making it just a dark box and it should work just as you want it too

yea mate but you didn't say how you can interact with the phone when inside the headset...I tried one today and there was no button to press when the vr app(cardboard) wanted me to make a choice..but if a deal breaker
That's because there is no button. This headset only works with VR apps that don't require any user input.

To view 3D there are many apps available to download. To view 360 video you can watch many videos via the youtube app. Hope that helps. Let me know if you have any more questions
