  • In this video we get up close and personal with the new Jet Blaster Yamaha released into their Wave Runner lineup in 2022...
Here we have both the original 2022 as well as the newest model, the 2024...
Nothing has changed other than the color schemes but that doesn't dismiss how awesome these PWC's are...
Although I do still dig the classis colors of the 2022 model, a classis Yamaha blue is always a hit and is high in the rankings of my favorite color way.
I hope you enjoy the video... there is more to come!

@@SleepingGaint it actually does well. We have done it. You don’t need to go 50 mph with a tube so it’s almost perfect!

Jetblaster has only 3 cilinders bro…

@@janticar4640 yes. After I already had this posted I was doing an oil change and realized I completely fumbled that piece of information! All jet blasters indeed only have 3 cylinders, same with the Super Jet stand up that shares the engine. My apologies!

Looks slugggish with low end pop gueesss I’ll fix up an old x4 xp… anyone that neeed s reverse option to park on a performance ski shouldn’t be driving one

@@aquamegalodon45 like I said, this isn’t a 70 mph PWC. It is quite fast for the engine it has. You surely can fix up an XP but they are not comparable to a spark trixx or Yamaha jet blaster. These are a lot of fun, but much more expensive than an XP.

@@Edwardsmotorsports1 I only rly care about it’s 0-55 speed….. right now I have a 95xp with some geared toward low end pop…. Unfortunately last run it was bogging rpm’s…. I read a thread so,one saying it was the rectifier possibly but it never started again…
I would ideally like it to have like 10-15 more hp nothing crazy just to get the best pop possible… I have the skat track impeller, intake grate, would adding a factory jet pipe work on the OEM set up? Would upgrading carburetors do anything ? I think he ski handles perfect just looking faster hole shot not top end….
Would the jet blaster or the super jet stand up supply that extra performance in your opinion?

@@aquamegalodon45 we had a 98 XP and it was fun, just not reliable. Carburetor upgrade would probably get you a little bit more but to really gain power on 2 stroke engines it costs much more money. If you are throwing up the idea of a super jet, I’d go with that. Totally different being it’s a standup but those machines are outstanding.
