Waxworks was one of my favorite movies in the 80s I watched it almost every day as a kid😂🖤
R.I.P. David Hattersley Warner, the waxwork man 😢😣
There's nothing better than 80's horror.
I love that film ! I met David Warner at Horrorcon he is awesome !
the gate was put up to keep movie fans away .i got the phone number of the man who owned the house ,i called him in 1987 ,i asked him where the house was located i told him id like to take a photo of the house , he wouldn't tell me ,said he didnt want movie buffs hanging about ,so i lived in LA ,i went to the LA film permit office (use to be on Hollywood blvd ) they had some photo albums of houses used for filming and bingo i found the Witchboard house in one of the photo albums with the address , its right off Wilshire blvd if i remember correctly ..it's been since the 80.s last time i went by the house
That was such a great movie and cast. Was fortunate to see it in the theater. Thanks for sharing this walk down memory lane!
truly is a hidden gem, every fantasy horror experience in one movie. def one of the few movies I really clung to as a kid and keep going back to now- ty for taking the time to do this 🖤
I loved this film. I was one of the first people in the UK to own it as I won the original VHS copy in a TV competition! I was besotted with Michelle Johnson in this movie. I think I even wrote her a letter! 😆
These two have been on fire since moving to LA! Been really loving the content and miss my old home!
Best horror movies, Waxwork and nightmare on elm street, best fantasy Labyrinth, best sci-fi adventure- Flight of the Navigator, best adventure drama anticipation for super mario brothers 3 game- The wizard- all of these typically mid to late 1980's movies best era for everything in life, since the beginning of time creation I actually lived without a mobile phone and I felt free ;) miss renting VHS tapes out for so cheap we all had lots of fun back then didn't we?
Waxwork-my favorite movie!!!!❤️Super!!!Greetings from Czech republic,Europe🤘
Tento horor tiež patrí medzi moje obľúbené filmy, zato dvojka už nedosahovala kvality jednotky.
@@stanislavsojakss to je sice pravda, ale pořád se na to dá dívat-když to srovnám s novodobou tvorbou, např.ultrapičovinou Army of the dead nebo Conjuring 3,pořád se jedná o nadprůměrné dílo
My absolute favorite horror movie as a kid. I'm so shocked that many people haven't seen it.
One of my favorite movies when I was a kid!
This movie was so good. So innovative in the realm of horror. I was VERY taken with the movie for years and would draw scenes/characters in my sketchbook. Everyone did a good job.
I'm sure Cabin in the Woods had a LITTLE thanks to give to Waxworks for it's ideas.
Welcome to the waxwork!!
You are on a roll. Thanks for sharing that awesome mural. The first house you showed, I believe, was also used for the Adams Family Halloween Special, about 1978, reuniting the 1960s sitcom cast.
The art style of that mural reminds me of something from the 2000 AD Comic Magazine. Also, I think it’s so cool you found some of the filming locations from Waxwork. I loved the first film and the sequel. They’re definitely guilty pleasures of mine! I’m glade that the mansion is still in one piece and in excellent condition. Looking at that mansion you can tell the property has been kept up. The same thing can be said about the mansion that was used as the Waxwork museum. I think both films were super fun and are definitely worth a watch to those who haven’t seen them! Cool little video and thanks for sharing!😎🤘🏻
Thst mural is so freaking sick.i wounder who did that. Killer vid 🤘🏻🎱🤘🏻
Grimmsy, he's Banksy's brother.
Michael and Jessica are great. The best You Tube channel ever. That house Michael is showing gets around. Waxworks one and two. Add Ben and Willard. To name a few. The 80's had a good list of movies. Grimmlife Collective your the best. Would like to meet you someday. 🎉
That mural was amazing. Great video, guys. 😎👍
David Warner never ages.
best bob cratchit
Found it and going to curl up tonight and watch it. Thank you for your wonderful and educational videos, love you both xxx
Always loved "Waxwork" Such a great movie. The first house in this video showed up when i watch the blu ray of the slasher "Rush Week" (1989) last week. Loved your video.
Y'all are killing it badass video 📸📸👍👍
Very cool. Waxwork is my fav film. I still wanna go check out the main waxwork house one day. It's a shame these big front yard gardens are hiding these glorious houses.
I love those old houses. I have always loved the Addams Family house , The Munsters house . You need to do Rob Zombies movie location of House of 1000 Corpses . That mural at the beginning is something that Salvador Dali would do if he was younger and in this time. The only thing missing in it is Eddie from The Iron Maiden albums
Probably my favorite late 80s movie :)
Loving seeing your videos it brightens my day
I Remember seeing this film on Betamax ! Very cool. Looking forward to that Care Package.
I love this movie, the concept always scared me a little bit but the Marquis de Sade, that's another story altogether.
Yeah damn, that's my favourite section for...reasons.
This is awesome!!!
Its Cray......I will click anytime just to listen to this opening music....
I love old Victorian homes. They are a few in LA but a very rare here but beautiful 😍
take a drive to REDLANDS out by San Bernardino ,,if you want to see a huge old mansion..its the Kimberly Crest house used in the Linda Blair movie ''HELL NIGHT '' ..
Very cool! I haven't seen the movie since I was a kid, and I think now might be a good time to revisit it. Thanks for the video.
Wow you never run out of ideas! Thanks for this : )
Love this movie so much watched it some many times
Love ur passion for everything u and Jessica put in to every video
I love 80's movies.
The detail on this mural is amazing.
You should do a quick video on the street art. That is some amazing work.
This is one of my fav movies
Love the waxwork movies. So corny but so good
Hi❤ just wanted to say that I love your vlogs .. it makes my day so much better ❤
I was actually just going to check this movie out before seeing this 😂
That mural reminds me of the one in the New Denver Airport..
That mural was wicked!! Awesome video!!
My dad loved that movie... And so do i👍
Really enjoying your documentation of the murals and street art.
I recently watched "time after time" with David Warner staring as Jack the Ripper (there's my waxwork tie in). See ya tonight at the watch party.
Grimm for Life!
I was 7 when this movie came out, and I can remember thinking it was super scary (especially the werewolf). I still love the movie "cheese" and all.
That first house was also shown in an episode of Freddy's Nightmares. Amazing house.
Great movie from my younger years...
I don't know where the hell l was never seeing the movie but thanks again for you're video's.
Love ur channel. You should do more crime scenes !! By far the best videos
Waxworks Man is Willie Wonka's cousin. Thanks for another great video.
80's horror is king and I love this movie
Nice, I love Waxwork! Just don't get "Lost in time like a bug in a jar no matter where you go there you are".
Lovd both movies!!!🤘
The double feature blu-ray is out with loads of extras, including audio commentary by the director, and main star.
its a great movie!!!! 80s were tremendous
How in hell you guys don't have a hundred k Subs yet
Great video! The Waxwork house looks even more spooky and perfect now with the big hedge and archway, I would love to live there. Still not seen the sequel though, must look on my streaming services as these days that's how you discover these gems. This and Brainscan, epic slightly cheesy horror that people can't seem to do anymore (or is it the nostalgia factor that makes it cheesy but good? 🤔)
RIP David Warner, he is sadly missed. Great in The Omen, Titanic and Star Trek 6. Waxwork was such a corny number, but I loved it. The neighbourhoods there do not look as nice now. Too much traffic. What a shame
You’re making me homesick with all these Great videos. 😝 lol
Oh man I loved this film. I'm always recommending it to people. Its ine of those forgotten films. I've loved it for years
Wicked Video......☠️☠️ Stay Safe Out There ☮️☮️
I love that movie!
Bugger for one moment there thought it was the 2005 House Of Wax which was made here in Australia, 😌 maybe one day 🤞
Love the movie. Hi from Puerto Rico
Awesome movies! You should go to a wax museum if they have any like that
This guy is a real artiste !you too you are an artist !
Love both these movies, especially Bruce Campbell ! I own them both.
LOVE that movie
Love the videos. Any plans on going to the filming location of The people under the stairs?
My favorite movie in the '80s I didn't really like part 2 but awesome job!!!
Can't remember ever having seen this movie but I'm gonna watch it tonight

The mummy story was the best.

Bon youre cool dude love the vids uploads
Love waxwork movies
Once again another cool location and a great horror film.
Just discovered this! Awesome. Gonna need an April Fool's Day/Deborah Foreman.
U guys need to go to 2607 Clendower Ave.aka Ennis house.this house has been in lots of movies and TV shows like Buffy the vampire slayer as Angeles house, house on haunted hill 1959,and it's really haunted
@Delaine Embree oh you mean the Bladerunner house ,its hard to get up there ,skinny one lane street and no place to park ..ive been by it but i just sat in my car and looked at it
The dwarf that appeared in waxworks was also known for warlock: amageddon
Wearing the Alf suit in Alf and also peared in Judas Priest's touch of evil video you see him for a brief second
Walking on the footpath, getting some hexercise.
I want to start doing videos like this
Something moves in the top right window at 6:46 . Creepy
I think the original Waxwork is alot better than Waxwork II: Lost in Time
U guys should do fright night
That mural kind of looks inspired by Heavy Metal to me
Or by Wizards! Either way, it's Bakshi-esque
Waxwork man also played in titanic.
I wonder if there is a then and now for the cast of waxwork 1 and 2, I wonder did anyone die? Typically my guess is old actors did, but what happened to everyone?
is house of wax based on this movie? i've never seen waxworks, but it give me house of wax vibes
So nobody gonna talk about the fucking ghost in the window at 6:46
😎
What is the address of the Waxwork Man's house?
Cool location....but that mural in the beginning was totally BAD BOOTY!!!!
"We were expecting more" If you see Rob Zombie. Say hi..
Great architecture. Too bad the owners completely covered it. ☹️
the owner doesnt want fans hanging round that's why its covered .. i went by there in 87 when there was no gate !!
. it's a hard life, it's (MULDEW) .
