  • Welcome to this guided astral projection meditation. In this meditation, we will go through the famous mind awake body asleep.
    ►Mind Awake Body Asleep
    In this astral projection journey, I will guide you through a relaxation meditation, leading into a visualization to help you rise into the astral realm by keeping your mind awake, while your body falls asleep.
    Remember, as you come closer to the edge between sleep and awake, you will fall further into the sleep zone, but you must learn to occupy your thoughts and focus on the visuals so that you will be able to pull yourself out of the sleeping zone when it happens and stay in that in-between liminal state until you successfully exit your body.
    ►We advise you to use this for 30 days, there is no guarantee that this will help you into the zone the first time listening to it. Make sure you will not be disturbed while listening to this, so you can be fully immersed in this adventure.
    The background music is tuned to the 432Hz frequency and infused with 8Hz theta brainwaves.
    We recommend using headphones/earplugs for the best experience since the meditation is embedded with 8Hz theta binaural beats.

    I’ve done this guide 3 times and all three times I was able to put my body to sleep and keep my mind awake. The first two times, noises from others in my home brought me out of it, but the third time I was able to successfully roll out of my body. This is the only guided video that has ever worked for me up until now. My 14 year old daughter will be trying this soon.

    I've been listening to this every night for about a week now but I wouldn't get to astral project or anything because I'd fall asleep before I realise I've fallen asleep but today, just now I was listening and doing as she was saying and I started getting the tingles she talked about like a minute after she said it and then I started getting a feeling like I was being covered in sand or as if a swarm of bees were on top of me but it wasn't an unpleasant feeling but I was thinking in my head like shit it's working and I started getting scared so I opened my eyes and snapped out of it but that was SO COOLLLL

    I am constantly coming back to this meditation in particular bc it’s fucking crazy. I always enter the hypnotic state and I always feel my whole body vibrate. I’ve yet to be successful in astral projecting but god I’m so close I know it’s just the fact that I’m not ready that is holding me back. I’m convinced it’s the sounds in the background that my mind loves so much bc my body literally vibrates and releases to the sounds I’ll be in a lucid dream sometimes and I can still hear the sounds perfectly

      When I was younger I would see visuals. Lots of color with my eyes closed. I would ask my mom what it meant. I would get visions. She would say imagination and deja vu to any spiritual question I had. I was drugged heavily thought childhood and adolescence and all my powers faded or totally went away. I’ve been unlocking them. This helped to get the visuals back a bit. I even felt like I was floating or swimming out of my body and into space- and I didn’t even astral project yet cuz my family is loud as hell so it wasn’t working. But that’s the furthest I got with these the past few months. I was gonna result to just try lucid dreaming again since I stopped doing that awhile ago, and try to make an astral portal in lucid dream. I still might do that anyway even if I lucid dream this way- but this was awesome. Definitely can see it working with this.

    This is the best astral projection video ever! Your previous one I would just fall into a deep restful sleep. Now that you broke it down to puting the body asleep and leaving mind awake it works.     wow, incredible. here's my experience-
    i fell asleep with this meditation. i have a fuzzy memory of feeling myself leaving my body and floating up towards the ceiling, but i reacted scared and i remember saying to myself "i want to go back to my body" a couple times, and then the memory ends.

      okay i used this again! i remember trying to push against my wall out of my body and got half way, then gave up. then i did it again and i tried to fly out of my body, then woke up in my physical body. each experience i've had is extremely fuzzy :(

    This was my first time trying to project and I surprisingly got it but after about 5-10 minutes of doing it I got scared and woke up. I woke up in sleep paralysis 😐. After I fully woke up I was very scared and couldn’t sleep for a good 4 more hours. Anyways thanks for helping I’m traumatized but will probably get back to this in a month or so😜

    Wow, just wow!!!
    I have never felt anything so powerful in my life my body oozed energy ! How to explain it? It’s hard it’s like I was filled with sparks of electricity filling my body!!!! The tingling and the heaviness of my body OMG !!!
    I can still feel it in my arms and legs slightly. Even my scalp felt like it was being massaged with tingles… (even down in my lady bits you know-down there!)
    🤩 😵‍💫 😍
    YES if you are wondering I DID have an outer body experience and it was brilliant it was just amazing, I was mainly with clear running springs winding through rocks wild flowers blue, purple and white, I sat with my bare feet gently swooshing the water. It was so calming and peaceful the sky was purple and orange a brightness of white but not white was hitting the horizon so captivating. I felt so happy there. 🥰 Lots of colours so many different shade, unusual plants too!
    I did seem to see lots of shades of purple with streaks of silver and star like twinkles whilst travelling it was spinning around me it tickled my belly like going over bumps in the road. Before I started to travel my spirit was rocking side to side almost tipping me from over the sides almost like my body was a boat - I’ll shut up now or I’ll be going on forever if I don’t !!!
    I’ve been trying for a year for this experience and Wow 🤩

    Im 33 now ...When i was about 13 my friends mom tried to get me into this...didnt work very well but been trying it more now..this is the best video ive tried it with yet....alot faster than what i did when i was younger

    I just have to say that I LOVE your voice! It's so soothing and never fails to help me relax. Perfect for meditations! As a side note, do you plan on doing any shifting meditations? Preferably the five senses method, as I would imagine that is very close to lucid dreaming.

    This is where your excellence puts you above the rest. This is an amazing video...But i didn't expect anything else.
    I knew about 10 mins in that it was going to be good. Jens voice is ideal for narration in this video.
    These videos have made it so much easier for projection...Though i still do self induced from time to time.
    I would say how much i love your channel ?. But it seems everything i love goes away.

    Sunday's are my favourite days. Thank you for this astral travel upload . Listened once at the bed time and only had lucid dreaming ,and then tried again 5 am and felt my body was vibrating and slowly felt like its become hollow or something. I am still working on my astral but I am getting there with your help . Highly appreciate your work. Thank you x

      @@lilianflower3017 I've found that you DEFINITELY don't want to go astral when you're consumed with Fear, sadness or anger or guilt or ANY negative emotion. Even if the negative thoughts are leaking in just a drip here and there. I've had a couple AWFUL experiences next to a couple AMAZING ones. Fighting for your life isn't my idea of a good night🤣 That's what I get for watching self defense videos b4 bed😬

    Someone on tiktok recommended your Guided Astral Projection The 6 feet Method and I got good results after just using it twice, but it was only in the sitting position couldn't get it to work laying down. I'm really excited to try this tonight before going to sleep.

    I've made it out twice now with this meditation. Great work! I think I need to raise my vibration a bit higher next time, however. This experience had some dark entities that made it a bit disturbing. It's best to not be troubled when attempting this.

    Stopped at 50 mins couldn't stand anymore my body itching, lack of breathing sometimes, had some light dreams but felt indeed my body totally freezed and rested.

      You’re most likely so relaxed that you’ll literally feel every cell in your body, hence why you struggle with the itching 😅

    🙏Hey. Good morning. I trust you all had a wonderful sleep!?.
    I'd like to say this is one of the best & straight forward & very easy to follow the flow!.
    I myself have been meditating for a few years now. I have experienced a full out of body projection a couple of times. Thank God I new what was happening!. YOU ALL NEED TO KNOW!!!! This is powerful stuff and you can actually get stuck in that realm!. This is something that seems to NOT get mentioned. My last AP very nearly went the wrong way for me. So glad I scared myself that much it woke me... I say it pulled me back to my body.
    Please bear in mind what was said and your energy is strong!.

      Hello Mardi, thank you so much for the kind feedback. However, I have to disagree with you on the part where you write that you can get stuck. I've been doing this for nearly 8 years and I'm in daily contact with teachers from both the Monroe Institute, Gaia and so on.. You can't get stuck in the astral realm, no one which I talk to or have contact with which has been doing this for over 25+ years has even been stuck there. It's an old myth that you're attached to a silver cord and it can break.

      I always do it when I just wake up but am tired it’s super easy doing the taping your finger then when I go into sleep Paralysis I just take deep breath and speed up my breathing and in no time down free and now I just pull myself out and when I go but You’ll never be able to do it if your hearts pounding and like you’re scared because you’re supposed to be essentially asleep in the body so I strongly advise the tapping the finger method wake up they perfectly still tap your finger and don’t move in but your brain will Think you’ sleeping and when Your finger all the sudden can’t move change your breathing in your snap out of it once you change your breathing to a non-sleep tight breathing you hear that loud it’ll get louder and louder and louder like a jet engine kind of sound and then a popping sound and then you’re free to load up and out or pull yourself out whatever

      My biggest setback was I was anxious. I’m new to this but I focused on a mantra every morning something like “my body’s safe at home. my mind travels to serenity”. Basically instill into your mindset to convince yourself the physical body’s safe, and your in control of “steering” your mind on a journey. My biggest set back was trusting myself to “leave” & still be safe. Write your mantra down (I wrote it on a post-it & stick it to my mirror) to remind yourself that you are in control.

    I loved this experience initially, i became overwhelm with emotion i was walking down this beach with purple water and a close friend that recently passed met me there and everything was great but then i became suspicious and i felt like my physical body was being watched and i opened my eyes to make sure i was alone and when i started to drift back onto the astral plane i couldnt get that feeling away is that normal?

      Seems like you have a lot of things going on deep in your subconscious mind my friend... Your body is not being watched, but what you're experiencing is a projection of your subconscious mind 🙏 Entering these states can be a great way to deal with stuff which you have buried in your mind.
      You often become what you think. Anxiety, fear and anger. Start taking control of your life and shift your thoughts and emotions. When you wake up, tell yourself what you're grateful for, do not think about things that will empower these negative thoughts!
      Losing a loved one is one of the hardest things to experience, I've been there myself. But I've somewhat managed to coop with it. What has helped me greatly is knowing that we're all ENERGY. Energy can't be created, it can't be destroyed. We will always be roaming this world. Your loved ones will always be there with you in some way or another 🙏

    I would say im a person of having sleep paralysis alot but didn't know about Astral Projection, i tried it when i open your video but i didn't take much time exploring due to kids budging into bedroom, but after i was out of my body i was at a big room that has a big window which is full glass and i saw a guy with glasses 👓 and we putted hands threw the glass window and he was telling me are you trying this thing now just like me? Then my niece entered my room and i woke up, i got angry 😡 hahaha cause it was such a good feeling no stress no breathing like no physical feelings or touchs. I love this voice of yours, Question:can i try this at night? Cause when i go to sleep i personally put my thoughts together and clear my mind so i sleep very fast i think i can do it at night cause more quite and peaceful

    I don't know if I started to AP?? I felt like I was in a car that I was driving, it crashed because I fell asleep, it woke me fully and my heart was racing, it felt very uneasy. Not sure if it was just a vivid dream or the beginning of something else. Anyone else experienced something similar?

      My most valuable tip: Learn to relax properly and let go of fear and beliefs. A lot of people manifest fear before entering the session, which will automatically lower your chances of succeeding 🌟

    I did the meditation and after 30-40 minutes and i realized my hand was together, knowing my hand wasn't together. And after some time it disepeard. Then i tried to continue but later fell asleep. Do you have some tips for what i should be doing

    Can people really relax so quickly? I have PTSD, so it takes me at least 20-30 minutes to relax my body, and that's after practicing for years. This went way too fast for me.

      It’s very hard to learn Krystal 🙏 Dont get discouraged though, Rome wasnt built in one day. Step by step, brick by brick you learn how to master it ☺️
      Start with the fundamentals, learn how to relax properly, remove all fear and beliefs and learn to not focus too much, rather follow the «flow».
      This guide is only a tool which you can use on your journey. I remember when I first started to do these sessions, I was just like a sponge, read everything I came across!
      There’s so many good books which you can read and gain a lot of knowledge from ☀️

      Krystal, Don't get disappointed. I too found it hard when i first started.
      There is much knowledge on the subject of A/P and lucid dreaming....Either in books or on the net.
      I have always found this channel to be the best....Suits my needs.
      Learn to relax...Do meditation and focus on breathing...Let go of any fears you may have and any distractions which might interfere with the calming of mind and body.
      I always turn off my tv and other annoying devices an hour before bed. Drink of cold water to stop the saliva.
      These are just a few hints to help you on your way to A/P. But...Its well worth the effort.
      Lucid Power Mind are a good team and will always help where possible. Take care and have a beautiful experience.

And my mum walks in my room every 10 too 15 minutes. We share room. Theres 7 of us. After filling mastering the Astral realm I'm headed to a Donut shop in the Astral realm 🤣🤣🤣

      @@lefuro3324 it's literally like being in a dream together but you need to be able to meditate and not just start laughing alot so we use weed to get in the zone, then put on ancient music or like reverb sounds, we try to create a time and a place using drawings to get the same picture in our minds and we slowly fall asleep like a few feet from each other and I like to do a monochrome thing that syncs like our breathing together so we can try to get into the same dream and like fw each other
