Can we get a meditation with a wayyy slower beginning? It seems the first bit always goes by too fast to actually get INTO the meditative state

The narration storyline did not work for me. When I'm sinking through my bed as you requested I felt like I could be suffocated by the mattress and box springs. And then planning on the floor I imagine that I haven't vacuumed under there for a month or two and it's too dirty to be there. And then you said to roll over and face the floor. Which is actually a door but the thing is if you're laying on an opening facing that way wouldn't it be a hatch and not a door.??? And then if you open this hatch you would fall into whatever is below the hatch. This is not a storyline for thinkers. Especially thinkers who dream about flying. Because I imagined if I did fall through that hatch it wouldn't be flying I would be falling. So anyway do you have any other narrated meditation videos that might work better for me?

The closest I ever got to this was to a guided video like this I was about 1819 maybe just a year or two older at that time I was heavy into opiates, hard, opiates and living with like-minded people that care nothing for anything other than drugs, until I started noticing things I started picking up on things in movies, I started researching I started gathering all the information I could, and I had a spiritual awakening, and then I went full force into this shit but still to this day the closest I’ve ever gotten was sitting on the couch, me and my friend we remember seeing each other looking at each other, and then looking down and seeing our bodies with this like blue lightning I don’t know how to describe it coming off of our astral form arcing down to our bodies I freaked out and I snapped right back and since then life has continued to get in the way I’m finally clean minus 💨, I think that I’m ready I’m just beyond sad it took me till 31 years of age to actually be dedicated enough and willing enough to venture in

I would like to share my experience. I don’t know what to think. It went from one extreme to the next. First I felt my soul leave my body felt like I was floating up. Then I seen a huge mushroom cloud once I reached the sky. I know WTF! I kept going up then I seen white orbs and white angel shape lights. Then I began to cry from being stress and pain free. Something told me those are earth low vibrational feelings and they don’t exist here. WTF!! What TRiPPEd me out the most was I seen a Queen Nefertiti her popular head statue, but she was an alien. Are the aliens our true gods?

I keep getting to the pure relaxation part and I feel as though I feeling my body being pulled but anytime I get somewhere my mouth is full of spit and I have to swallow 😐 this is like my 8th time now and it’s pissing me off

Astral projection can kill you and can end your eternal existence because of black holes. You are not immune from physics because the dreamscape is still physical, just with less dense particles because it ascends the vibration scale. Your spirit is a gamma light particle. If you try teleporting to see a black hole, your particle will get sucked in, destroyed, and your consciousness will stop existing before you even get a chance to perceive it. You will disappear and your eternal existence is gone. Do not float out of the atmosphere to see regular space either, because you will suffocate as you exit the atmosphere. I have experience of suffocating as I exited for space, and when i returned to my body, i was still hyperventilating for several minutes. It still affects your body because the whole Universe is physics-based. Do NOT astral project. Do not do OOBE. Do not remote view. Abort your lucid dreams. Your thoughts are very sensitive when astral projecting. You are one thought away from eternal annihilation. DO NOT DO IT.

I was wondering if you could make a track to get into SATS? I know it’s a state that’s is close to sleep and your tracks can be used for that but I wondering if you would like to make a separate track for sats. Thank you for everything!

Honestly I think it's too short. No sooner than I start having an experience that it's like ok return to body. Rather disappointing after such an excellent audio and voice experience.

For the longest time now....i cannot get past the numb stage!!!! Sometimes i get feeling of swaying but its gone as quick as it comes. Sometimes i get very very subtle vibrations in the body....but cant do anything with it. Will try this and see what happens

I've (started) listening to so many of these guided meditations, but I'm immediately turned off by the unnatural tone of the narrations. I've been hypnotized deeply before - by someone speaking in a normal, natural voice. I'd like to find even ONE of these guided meditations narrated in a natural voice.
