You did get a great deal on that car. Rust free from a western state, low mileage, clean inside and out----hemi, for under 10K is a good deal, and at 8K, a great deal in my opinion. All of my current cars except my Pursuit have a floor shift----so I actually love the change of pace with the column shifter when I drive the Charger, LOL. With yours, I would get a center console (they are available to retrofit these cars). You could get new rims----but I have kept mine police stock----with the baby moon chrome dog dish hubcaps. I like that carrying over, and the steel rims are more durable than new alloy wheels you'd be getting. They're a lot of fun. Mine has the Flowmaster American Thunder exhaust on it, and that gives it a hell of a growl.
