Does the sensor in a 1.6 cu ft microwave cause the microwave to cook foods longer and therefore hotterr than a 1.2 cu ft microwave? The reason I'm asking is the larger 1.6 cu ft interior will dissipate steam more than a 1.2 cu ft interior which will give the sensor in a 1.6 cu ft microwave a lower steam reading for small things like a baked potatoe; hence the 1.6 cu ft microwave might tend to cook things longer unless Panasonic somehow accounted for these type of situations. Thoughts?
Ive probably got the original Panasonic "The Genius" It was manufactured in September of 1984, Its almost 40 yeara old and still going strong! Its also probably 6 inches wider and 2 or 3 inches taller. But no popcorn setting and no one can figure out how to turn it on until I show them! 😂 There is No Time button, You gotta press Power - then 1x times to get to desired minutes or press 10 say 3 times for 30 seconds or 4x for 40 seconds lol.. The buttons are nothing like they are now!
Hey. Quick question. Does that inside light stay on when cooking. It doesn't look like it in the vid. Just want to make sure. Last day of costco sale today, n wanted to get this for my mom, but if that light doesn't stay on when cooking, I will hear about it from her. Lol. Thanks
Thanks man. I appreciate it. I know it sounds like a stupid question, but I've seen microwaves that have a light, but turn off when you open the door. So...I just didn't want the opposite..... It's anyone's guess with these brilliant engineers. Lol. Thanks again. Have a good one. Happy Holidays.
Thanks for the unboxing video, I almost thought mine was used and reboxed until how I saw they packed the manual and tray support ring inside yours the same way. Terrible way to package it. And also how the power cord is just wrapped around itself instead of a twist tie or something. Odd.

They don’t make them like they used to!
How do you take the lock feature off
Is the mask so the microwave won't get covid contamination?
Does this model the power starts louder than gets lower is that normal ? Mine is doing that it dims the power automatically after 5-10 seconds

You think your 1.6 is big? Then mines a behemoth at 2.2 cubic feet. I have a Panasonic Inverter microwave as well.
@@CptMorris totally agree!
