I would love to visit there some day! Question: how do you get the fabrics you’re interested in purchasing? Does the customer pull the bolts off the racks or does an associate do it?

That's a great question! I pull the bolts off the shelf and bring them to the cutting counter myself unless I can't reach it; then I grab an associate!
