Morissette although never won in any singing competitions she joined in the Philippines including The Voice Philippines, she never gave up! Doors closed on her but she finds her own way to achieve success! Imagine that. A girl from the province who never won any singing competitions who is now a superstar who earned the title "Asia's Phoenix" who got original songs that charted worldwide, who got thousands of thousands of fans around the world! Morissette is truly a PHOENIX who rises from ashes! She is one big of an example of INSPIRATION!❤️ You aren't alone dear, we all are very lucky to witnessed her growth and improvement throughout the years.🥰

I think if I was a singer and other artists wanted to cover it I would be flattered, unless that were better than. Then I would get it banned 🤣

Try AND I AM TELLING YOU it was the last song in her concert, Morissette Amon MADE concert final Cebu use Amay Amon's CZcams channel but there are a few but there is one with close up's for the whole concert, even Jennifer Hudson reacted to it and could not believe how good it was, now LISTEN she is telling her story in this Version, there is another where she just sings it's great too.
If Jennifer Hudson reacted to it and couldn't believe how good it was then I already know I am going to love it. I have heard a few covers of this song over the years and I have a feeling I am about to get a new favourite lol

She's being called as "cover slayer" and that is for a reason. She had covers of great divas/singers like Mariah Carey, Whitney Houston, Celine Dion, Adelle, Beyonce and many others. She also have original songs, she has an EP, Signature which she co-wrote with her husband Dave, hope you can also react to those pieces.😘😘😘
She has so many incredible songs that I need to get through and I plan on getting through all of them because she is an incredible singer.
I've been following Morissette since discovering her at the Wish 107.5 bus and I noticed that any hard song to others looked simple and easy for her. Songs from Beyonce, Whitney, Mariah Carey, etc name it, Mori will nail it. 🥰🤩🏆

In my honest opinion this girl will one day get the recognition from the western music industry that she deserves and there will be doors opening up everywhere for this amazing singer!
I wouldnt be surprised if she has already had quite a few offers but they just havent been the right deal for her.
She competed in the Philippines version of The Voice. Coach Sarah Geronimo was the only chair that turned for her, but that was enough to be another important stepping stone in her career and yes, there are videos of each performance. The song that she got sent home for was Jessie J's "Who You Are" but it worked out in the end because Jessie J had Morissette sing part of that song with her when she had a concert in Manila. Another video worth checking out.
I have to watch that audition. I cant believe only one chair turned for her. I know the Phillipines are full of exceptional singers but from what I have seen so far she is high on that list.

After getting knocked out in the semi's of The Voice-Philippine's singing Jessi'J's "" Who You Are "" she vowed to neer sing that song again...and in fact she wanted to quit, her pursuit of a career in music Just happened she was asked, to be a behind the scenes reporter for some TV or Radio station to go to the Jessi J concert and interview her.....and once she told Jess she was knocked out singing her song.....that's when Jessi asked her to sing a bit of it....and was so impressed had her perform part of it with her on stage.

I used to really like this song by Jessie J so will definitely check out the Voice performance and the on stage performance with Jessie J.
She did not win but look at her now... Better than those BITTER in the industry. But if you will investigate, many Filipino matured (40yo and above) professional and the younger (kids) artists has accepted and acknowledged Mori as one the most talented Filipino artist. 🤩 Her skills have become the new standard for singing contests.
I probably havent even scratched the surface when it comes to Filipino artists but I am pretty sure even when I dive deeper Morissette is still going to be one of, if not the best.
well , you know why sha is'nt heard on broadcasters in u.s.a. because she woud blowup the house and the artists don,t like competition ,, you know where all the new songs would go , , no other reasons

Even in one specific performance video of Morissette where she was not singing in English, and the captions says "f*ckingday" which is totally misleading and way off🤣
