Creamy Cheesy Red Sauce Pasta
Ingredients:
Boiling Pasta :
Pasta - 1 ½ cup
Water - 4 cops
Salt - 1 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Pasta sauce :
Water - 4 cups
Tomatoes - 7
Kashmiri chilli - 3
Guntur chilli - 3
Carrot - 1 small
Beetroot - 2 tbsp chopped
Red capsicum 1
Garlic - 8 cloves
Oil - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 2 tbsp chopped
Onion - 1 chopped
Tomatoes - 2 chopped
Salt to taste
Sugar - 1 tsp
Basil leaves - 2 tbsp chopped
Red chilli flakes - 1 tsp
Black pepper - 1/4th tsp
Oregano - 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup - 1 tbsp
Butter - 1 tbsp
Fresh Cream - ½ cup
Mozzarella cheese - 1/4th cup grated
